AC Installation San Antonio — Amana 4-Ton Heat Pump in Northwest San Antonio
Client: Genevieve
Location: Northwest San Antonio, TX (78249)
Scope of Work: Amana 4-ton single-stage heat pump (15.2 SEER2), matched air handler and heat kit, new thermostat, new condenser pad, old equipment hauled away, permits and inspections, CPS Energy rebate paperwork
AC Installation San Antonio done the straightforward way: Genevieve needed a dependable system, not the most expensive one on the truck.
We installed an Amana 4-ton single-stage heat pump (ALZS5BA4810A) with an AMST48CU1300 air handler and HKTSD15XB heat kit, rated 15.2 SEER2 and 12.5 EER2, with a new thermostat included. A single-stage system runs at full capacity when it's called for — simple, proven, and less to go wrong over the years.
The install included deep vacuum, filter drier, new condenser pad, connections to the existing ductwork, electrical and refrigerant lines, startup and refrigerant charging, and disposal of the old equipment. We pulled permits, completed inspections, registered the equipment for warranty, and handled her CPS Energy rebate paperwork.
Genevieve, thank you for trusting Honeycomb with your home. A good install is the part you never have to think about again.
Backed by a 10-year parts warranty, 10-year labor through CoolCare, and a one-time lifetime unit replacement warranty.

A/C Tune-Up, Clean Bill of Health | Glendale, AZ
Client: Luis
Location: Glendale, AZ
Scope of Work: Comfort Club maintenance visit, A/C tune-up and full system inspection
Luis is a Comfort Club member, and this was his second seasonal visit of the plan year. His home runs on a Day and Night system.
Our technician went through the full tune-up: coolant levels and pressure, thermostat, wiring, contacts, capacitors and relays, the evaporator coil, condenser cleaning, the condensate drain, the outdoor disconnect, the condenser fan motor and blades, and compressor performance at startup.
The result was a clean bill of health. No cleanings needed, no repairs needed.
That is the outcome we want on a maintenance visit, and it is not an accident. Systems that get checked twice a year tend to stay in this condition, because the small things get caught long before they turn into a no-cool call in July.
Our technician shared a few optional ways to add protection down the road, and left the decision entirely with Luis.
Luis, thank you for keeping up with your seasonal visits.
And thank you for the 5 star review. Professional and courteous is exactly the standard we hold our team to.
Ready for your seasonal check? Olive Air and Heating serves Glendale, Peoria, Phoenix and the greater Valley.

A bright, vibrant, rustic, and minimalist interior is showcased throughout this one-of-a-kind 3D home. We opted for reds, oranges, bold patterns, natural textiles, and ample greenery throughout. The goal was to represent the energetic and rustic tones of El Salvador, since that is where the first village will be printed. We love the way the design turned out as well as how we were able to utilize the style, color palette, and materials of the El Salvadoran region!
Designed by Sara Barney’s BANDD DESIGN, who are based in Austin, Texas and serving throughout Round Rock, Lake Travis, West Lake Hills, and Tarrytown.

Vice president of sales for Hearthstone Inc., Chris Wood, has been fortunate to help design many custom homes (and a few light commercial structures) nationwide during his 32 years in the business but he assures that Big Woods Speedway holds a special place in his heart. From initial sketch to completion, Big Woods Speedway took approximately (14) months. There are 1,808 wooden pegs, not nails, holding together 126050 lbs of massive timber beams.
Big Woods® Speedway rests on the corner of 10th and Main streets in historic downtown Speedway, Ind. The expansive timber frame structure hearkens back to the original brew pub in Nashville, Ind. But now, Big Woods Speedway has something to offer for everyone. The lofty ceilings, mammoth wood beams, liquor lounge, big-screen televisions, patio tables, Indy 500 tribute beers, house-smoked pulled pork, and from-scratch pizza provide an enjoyable experience for the whole family.
“Watching this small town brewery startup and grow exponentially since must be credited to the owner, Jeff McCabe,” says Wood. Wood had the chance to enjoy the atmosphere of the Big Wood Speedway’s finished project with three generations of his own family. Founded by by Tim O'Brien, Ed Ryan and Jeff McCabe, Big Woods is dedicated to creating great beers in styles and flavors that appeal not only to craft beer aficionados, but to the average beer drinker too.
“We're not just building structures,” says Wood, ‘These awesome heavy timber buildings are the result of building relationships.’” “The teamwork, location, owner involvement, and overall concept made the long hours and tight time schedule worth it,” he adds.
