We used a dry stream and bridge to set this front entrance apart from others. Tumbled pavers were used for the sidewalk. Large blocks of weathered limestone were placed next to the sidewalk to be used as benches.

Our designers teamed up to create an outdoor living space for the annual Pasadena Showcase House of Design home. Our focus was to create an outdoor living space that best utilized the area transitioning to the pool, while maintaining a water-wise/drought tolerant landscape. We incorporated our hand cast succulent water table, a pondless stream, synthetic turf, a fully paved patio with our famous Belgard paving stones, high-end outdoor furniture, a custom pergola and even a dry creek bed to tie everything together.

This is where the magic happens....this is our JetStream Port where our uni-nozzle is located. Utilizing low volume, high pressure water along with forced multi-directional air, flash evaporation is achieved. This cools the air up to 25 degrees less than the surrounding air.

Granite Countertops in Stream White top light oak cabinets. Client came to French Creek Designs Kitchen and Bath Showroom looking to spruce up her house before they put it on the market. She picked a simple yet elegant granite to give her kitchen just the right spark. Clients felt this was just the right touch that buyers would be looking for to close their home. Over time, the plantings grew in along the man-made stream from the back of the property to the swimming pond next to the paver patio.

A new stream winds it's way through the landscape, between boulders and natural plantings. The stream becomes a waterfall into a natural pond, surrounded by large boulders. Seating along the edge and bridges throughout provide human access to this unique water feature.

This Project Includes a large Waterfall, 100' of Stream, 3 Bridges, over 1000' of stone walls, a 500,000 gallon pond, an amphitheater, a peninsula, a beach, a boat launch ramp, boulders throughout the entire pond, large trees, a boat dock, stone stairs, multiple terraces out of decomposed granite, and a large parking area. The Waterfall, which is the start of this large waterfeature, acts as the Cornerstone for this Project. A number of the boulders are up to 8 feet across! About 1200 gallons a minute (72,000gph) flows over this waterfall. The waterfeature moves 2000 gallons a minute (120,000gph) when everything is flowing! The waterfall drops about 17' in total and the stream drops about 3' for a total of 20' of elevation change. There are koi, goldfish, and shubunkins in the pond!
