Experience a seamless blend of luxury and minimalist design in this elegant contemporary hallway. The space is grounded by large-format, warm marble-look tile flooring that beautifully reflects the ambient light from modern recessed fixtures and a sleek brass wall sconce. A minimalist white console table provides a clean surface for curated decor, including a geometric vase with dried botanical accents. The true focal point is a striking, vibrant blue abstract painting that adds a dramatic pop of color against the subtly textured neutral walls. This sophisticated transition space perfectly sets the tone for the home, offering an inviting and polished flow into the sunlit living area beyond.

A modern primary bathroom featuring a soft teal vanity with a white countertop, matte black hardware, and a round gold-framed mirror on the left. To the right is a spacious walk-in shower enclosed in glass, showcasing striking large-format wall tiles with flowing blue and beige veining. An ornate, amber glass pendant light hangs from the ceiling over light neutral floor tiles.

This striking kitchen pairs matte blue cabinetry with warm, natural wood tones for a fresh, contemporary take on transitional design. Soaring double-height ceilings and a wood-clad accent wall frame the space, while floor-to-ceiling black-framed windows and glass doors flood the room with natural light and views of the outdoors. An oversized waterfall-edge island anchors the space, topped in crisp white quartz and surrounded by upholstered counter stools with tapered wood legs. Three glass teardrop pendants hang above, adding a soft, sculptural touch. Along the back wall, a wood slab backsplash ties the perimeter cabinetry together, while a dedicated coffee bar station with a built-in sink offers a functional, stylish nook for morning routines. Rich wood cabinetry provides additional storage and visual warmth against the cool blue tones, and the same richly veined marble flooring from the rest of the home extends seamlessly into the space. The result is a kitchen that feels bold, warm, and thoroughly modern, a true centerpiece of the home.

This light and airy kitchen is the definition of elegance. It has white shaker cabinets with satin gold pulls topped with white quartz counters. The matching white quartz backsplash provides a clean look. The center piece of the room is the large island! With seating for four, the deep blue island is loaded with storage and has a drawer microwave. For a special touch on the white quartz counter, we used an extra thick quartz slab. The striking gold pendants are from Ferguson Lighting. Sleek and contemporary, this beautiful home is located in Villanova, PA. Blue, white and gold are the palette of this transitional design. With custom touches and an emphasis on flow and an open floor plan, the renovation included the kitchen, family room, butler’s pantry, mudroom, two powder rooms and floors.
