Inspiration for a transitional powder room remodel in Las Vegas

he dining area and kitchen balance industrial character with refined contemporary detailing through exposed brick, black steel accents, and warm walnut finishes. A custom dark island, integrated shelving, and oversized pendant lighting define the open-concept layout while creating a natural gathering space for entertaining. Clean lines and layered materials give the space a timeless, loft-inspired aesthetic.

A complete open-concept transformation achieved by removing kitchen walls. The design centers on a furniture-grade wood island and floor-to-ceiling blue cabinetry that seamlessly integrates the refrigerator and ovens.

By straightening the layout, space was cleared for a stunning white freestanding soaking tub. The shower was upgraded with floor-to-ceiling marble slabs and frameless glass to maximize transparency.

The ultimate transformation of the living room focal point. The brick has been replaced with a minimalist plaster fireplace, flanked by custom dark-painted cabinets and arched oak shelving with integrated accent lighting.
