This full-scale gut renovation reimagined the entire home with a balance of luxury and practicality. We installed new black-framed windows throughout, integrated advanced blind and security systems, and incorporated custom glasswork to enhance light and visual continuity. Comprehensive electrical upgrades supported a layered lighting plan — from statement chandeliers to recessed and task lighting — while thoughtful paint finishes and detailed millwork tied the home together with a cohesive, high-end feel. The kitchen was fully remodeled around the family’s needs, and the bathrooms were completely redesigned, including plumbing modifications to accommodate both showers and freestanding tub options. Custom stone slabs were used throughout for a modern, luxurious aesthetic, and we added purpose-built spaces like a fully designed pantry and bespoke cabinetry to ensure every area performs as beautifully as it looks. While the clients were away during construction, we maintained full transparency through regular schedule and photo updates via our project management platforms.

Transforming this long-standing home on Bradgate Rd required more than a simple update—it called for a careful balance between renewal, structure, and respect for what was already there.
The existing brick bungalow had strong bones, but the exterior was deteriorating, the carport was underutilized, and key interior spaces no longer supported the homeowners’ needs. Having lived in the home for decades, the goal wasn’t to start over—it was to rework the home into a more functional, comfortable space that could support the years ahead.
The scope included a full exterior masonry refresh, where the front layer of brick was removed and replaced while maintaining the integrity of the original structure. The carport was fully enclosed and integrated into the home as a garage, and a new roof tied everything together with consistent detailing and long-term performance in mind.
Inside, the layout was carefully reworked to introduce a new primary ensuite and completely renovate the main bathroom. Plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems were updated throughout, with a focus on accessibility, ease of use, and everyday comfort.
The result is a home that feels both familiar and elevated—where thoughtful construction and refined design come together to support long-term living without compromising character.

In the realm of high-end residential design, few spaces hold as much personal significance as the master bedroom. Antonovich Group has mastered the art of transforming these intimate spaces into luxurious sanctuaries that perfectly balance opulent aesthetics with ultimate comfort, setting new standards for sophisticated bedroom environments.
Defining Luxury in Bedroom Interior Design Dubai
The evolution of bedroom interior design Dubai has reached unprecedented heights under Antonovich Group's expert guidance. Their approach goes far beyond traditional luxury, creating spaces that serve as personal retreats where every detail contributes to an atmosphere of refined elegance and tranquil sophistication.
Each bedroom project begins with understanding the client's lifestyle and personal preferences, then translating these insights into cohesive design narratives. Rich textures, carefully curated color palettes, and bespoke furnishings come together to create environments that feel both grand and intimately personal. The integration of premium materials—from hand-selected marbles to custom millwork—ensures that every surface reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship.
The Art of Modern Bedroom Design Dubai
Antonovich Group's modern bedroom design Dubai projects showcase how contemporary aesthetics can enhance rather than compromise luxury and comfort. Their modern approach embraces clean lines, sophisticated neutral palettes, and innovative spatial arrangements while maintaining the warmth and intimacy essential to bedroom environments.
Floor-to-ceiling windows frame carefully designed views, while strategic lighting creates multiple moods throughout the day and evening. Built-in storage solutions maintain the clean aesthetic while providing practical functionality, and integrated technology systems allow for seamless control of lighting, climate, and entertainment without compromising the room's serene atmosphere.
The modern bedroom design philosophy extends to the selection of furnishings, where streamlined silhouettes and exceptional materials create focal points that feel both contemporary and timeless. Custom headboards become sculptural elements, while carefully chosen accent pieces add personality without cluttering the peaceful environment.
Comprehensive Fitout Excellence
The fitout process represents where Antonovich Group's attention to detail truly shines. Every element, from custom closet systems to integrated lighting solutions, is designed and installed with precision that reflects their commitment to perfection. The result is bedrooms that function as seamlessly as they inspire, with every practical need anticipated and elegantly addressed.
Their fitout approach includes sophisticated climate control systems that maintain optimal comfort year-round, advanced acoustic treatments that ensure peaceful rest, and integrated technology that enhances convenience without intruding on the room's aesthetic harmony. Custom storage solutions maximize space efficiency while maintaining the clean lines essential to luxury design.
Beyond the Bedroom: Creating Complete Suites
Antonovich Group's bedroom projects often encompass entire master suite environments, including luxurious en-suite bathrooms, private sitting areas, and walk-in closets that rival high-end boutiques. These connected spaces flow seamlessly together, creating comprehensive private retreats that serve multiple functions while maintaining design cohesion.
The integration of wellness elements—from spa-inspired bathroom features to meditation corners—reflects their understanding that modern luxury bedrooms must support both physical comfort and mental well-being. Each suite becomes a complete lifestyle environment designed to refresh and restore.
Timeless Luxury with Contemporary Relevance
What sets Antonovich Group apart in the competitive luxury design market is their ability to create bedrooms that feel both timelessly elegant and completely contemporary. Their designs avoid fleeting trends in favor of sophisticated approaches that will remain beautiful and relevant for years to come.
The careful balance of classic luxury elements with modern functionality ensures that these bedrooms serve as both stunning showcases of design excellence and deeply comfortable personal spaces where clients can truly relax and recharge.

Built in 1893, this cottage home in Snohomish, WA has survived many changes including the addition of a 1400 sq. ft. basement that was hand dug.
While the former owners did a fantastic job with concrete and structural supports, the framing, electrical and plumbing are….well, questionable.
Phase 1 of this basement renovation includes the complete modernization of the existing bathroom.
Future plans include a kitchenette and laundry room and demolition of existing walls to create an open dining room concept to allow more natural light to flow into the otherwise dark space.
The new Ejector Pump Up Systems has a macerator to handle grey water and sewage including the addition of a new kitchenette and laundry room.
When we opened the walls we discovered numerous electrical and plumbing issues including leaks behind the walls that where not yet detectable.
At the same time, the existing gas heating system is being removed and replaced with a high efficient heat pump with Variable Refrigerant Temperature (VRT) technology.
The underground plumbing is complete, the electrical has been cleaned up and its time to start putting this back together.
Up next is a Wedi waterproof shower surround and heated tile floors, a new water closet and custom vanity.
It’s a big job in a small space but the finished product will be clean, warm and inviting.

This full-scale gut renovation reimagined the entire home with a balance of luxury and practicality. We installed new black-framed windows throughout, integrated advanced blind and security systems, and incorporated custom glasswork to enhance light and visual continuity. This home already features a bold design, with bright colors and prints that contrast white walls and a tiled floor. The owners sought a facelift for the stairs in their entry, and chose to go with a stainless steel round handrail, and use our San Francisco Round cable railing system on the landing.
Inline Design receives many requests about the San Francisco cable system – customers looking for the most minimalist look find the through-bolted fittings attractive. This system can only be used on a flat surface, and landings like this are a perfect fit!
These customers chose a creative way to incorporate a handrail on the second set of stairs, mounting a Gamma Quasar bracket directly to the post. This is a bracket that has four mounting variants: sheetrock/wood, flat steel, round steel, or glass!
Can you spot the round saddle tube adapter in this photo? Inline Design includes a round tube adapter with each of these brackets. It sits in between the flat saddle and the tube to support the round handrail of your choice.
