An outdoor kitchen isn't only supposed to look good when it's first built. Adding subtle features will ensure that the area stays clean looking and is easy to maintain for years beyond construction. A vent hood, sometimes required depending on the setup, will channel smoke from the grill keeping it away from you, family, guests and will keep your ceiling clean. A granite backsplash acts in a similar manner keeping the wall behind your grill clean and free of smoke. Every now and then just give it a good wipe down.

Updating of this Venice Beach bungalow home was a real treat. Timing was everything here since it was supposed to go on the market in 30day. (It took us 35days in total for a complete remodel). The corner lot has a great front "beach bum" deck that was completely refinished and fenced for semi-private feel. The entire house received a good refreshing paint including a new accent wall in the living room. The kitchen was completely redo in a Modern vibe meets classical farmhouse with the labyrinth backsplash and reclaimed wood floating shelves. Notice also the rugged concrete look quartz countertop. A small new powder room was created from an old closet space, funky street art walls tiles and the gold fixtures with a blue vanity once again are a perfect example of modern meets farmhouse.

Central El Paso Backyard Renovation: Fifteen years is a long time for a backyard to quietly wait. At first, it was full of intention—a pool that promised summers, laughter, and long evenings. But time has a way of settling in. The water turned still, then green. Edges cracked. The space became less of a destination and more of something you looked past. Artificial turf introduced contrast—green, controlled, low-maintenance. A pergola structure rose in the corner, creating a destination within the destination. This dog run was installed in Smithtown Long Island NY by Gappsi. A dog run is useful for giving your dog a safe and happy environment to play in while also maintaining a clean back yard. This dog run is built with a black chain link fence to keep the dog within the specific area. A synthetic turf is then laid across the selected area within the fence. The turf allows easy clean up and prevents a muddy environment. Using a prepared rca base and using a high quality durable turf with a double-coated backing makes it extremely difficult for any tear. The turf allows easy drainage for liquid waste and allows easy clean up for solid waste. To clean up any dog run a simple hose down is all that is needed.

Inspiration for a contemporary bedroom remodel in Jackson

Designed and built a small 2nd story bedroom addition and remodeled the existing 2nd story to include a new bathroom. Our goal was to make the addition look as if it was always supposed to be there by using traditional materials on the exterior. This project was located in the beautiful Historic District of Downtown Pensacola.

What was originally supposed to be an addition, turned into a teardown with a completely new, contemporary home as the final product. Now filled with large windows, vibrant colours and well-traveled, unique décor, this space blew away the client's original expectations. With both owners working as professors, the home needed to spark inspiration and exude a peaceful ambiance, despite being set in the busy downtown of Waterloo. The well-planned floor plan design featured everything they needed: kitchen and living spaces, a main floor study, a second floor office, a guest bedroom and master bedroom and ensuite. The contemporary kitchen features flat panel doors and modern pull handles and is designed to focus on the view of the backyard. A mix of neutral brown tones and a crisp white palette can be seen throughout the house and the customers' personal touches are found in the selection of interior furnishings and exterior, lime green door. The main concept of the house's architecture grasps black forms and flat lines, while surrounded by greenery.

This living room was inspired by the home owners love for nature and the Northern California style. the horse paintings were purchased in Colorado while on a ski try. They set the stage for the décor. The beams are the original from the attic and were uncovered to add to the rustic feeling. a clean pallet of Creams, blacks, browns, and blues set the tone for the room. The silk shag rug adds texture to the room. The room was so large it needed a large scale coffee table. the table shown was actually a dining table that the legs were cut down.

I'd rather not advertise the company that manufactured the automated screens. I will tell you they are powered by a Somfy motor system and work well. However, the manufacturer cut them incorrectly so I had to change the way they were supposed to be mounted. Also they were damaged in shipping and lots of communication problems. they look great because I was able to find an alternative mounting system.
