This 1970s kitchen in the Adirondacks got a big lift and a fabulous new bar. Plain & Fancy Custom Cabinets, Shaker door, Saybrook Sage. Silver Gray Granite with leathered finish. Brook Custom Artisan Slant Shaped hood with cast nickel finish. Pine flooring. Interior features include LeMans swing outs, pull out pantry, angled dividers for utensils, and roll-shelves in cabinets.

The homeowners decided to update their kitchen with new cabinets to give it a more transitional look. They went with the Bridgewood Advantage Mission Shaker door done in Maple. The wall cabinets were done in painted white while the base cabinets were done in grey. We also installed a white Quartzite countertop along with a white glass subway tile backsplash. Some additional items we installed were a 5 shelf Pantry pull out, 3 stacked to the ceiling base and wall pullout units next to fridge, a double 50qt waste pullout, the Hardware Resources Blind Corner swing out, 2 stacked wine cubes, base and wall spice pullouts to left of range, Sheet Pan organizer to right of range, double pullout shelves in peninsula cabinets, Pot & Pan organizer in peninsula cabinets, pullout shelf in outside door of peninsula and under mount & accent lighting. Stacked Shaker Crown was custom installed, and continued throughout the dining room for a seamless transition. We also recreated the Shaker look with custom made battens on all end panels. Base, wall and tall cabinets as well as Microwave placard were trimmed with custom made battens to simulate the shaker doors. To complete the look a new oak hardwood floor was also installed.

This walk through Master Dressing room has multiple storage areas, from pull down rods for higher hanging clothes, organized sock storage, double laundry hampers and swing out ironing board. The large mirrored door swings open to reveal costume jewelry storage. This was part of a very large remodel, the dressing room connects to the project Master Bathroom floating wall and Master with Sitting Room.

This accessory dwelling unit has laminate flooring and a luminous skylight for an open and spacious living feeling. The kitchenette features gray, shaker style cabinets, a white granite counter top and has brass kitchen faucet matched wtih the kitchen drawer pulls. And with a stainless steel oven and mini-refrigerator this kitchenette provides all of the essentials. The kitchenette also features a pantry area located behind the white paneled doors and has extra wood shelving for those needed most items. With a wall mounted flat screen TV and a flashy burnt orange entry doorway, you should be set and ready to host!

Have a trouble reaching out upper cabinets contents? Meet swinging down system! You can easily pull the shelves down and fix them at the low position. Once you are done, slightly pull the shelve and they will swing back into the cabinet!
