This bright living room pairs classic architectural details with clean, modern styling. Sheer bamboo Roman shades soften the natural light, highlighting the beamed ceiling and white wainscoting. Gray armchairs and a green-and-white area rug create a calm foundation, while modern abstract art and a single rounded coffee table add subtle contrast and visual interest without overpowering the space. Kitchen had dark stained cabinets. We use Swiss Coffee from Benjamin Moore in a Satin sheen. The cabinets were also lightly distress for a worn feel and new hardware was added to replace the silver hardware.

This great room with coved ceiling in manhattan is the place to unwind or entertain friends. Color splashed throughout the apartment creates a lively feel. The sectional sofa is so comfortable and a great place to kick back while the window-seat bench adds warmth and extra seating for those large groups when entertaining or just a great place to read. This system provides simple control and automation of the lights, climate, audio/video, security, video surveillance, and door locks. The homeowner can use their iPads or iPhones to control everything in their home, or when away.
