After. We could look at this stunning curbless shower all day! Universal design features which aid in safe access are beautifully and subtly worked into the design.

The glass mosaic tiles in beachy tones, the sand-colored countertop, the vanity in a "driftwood" finish, and the retro glass sconces all give the hall bathroom a luxurious coastal feel.

Originally located on the back of the home, the gas fireplace was relocated to the current side wall of the Family Room. The portion of the room behind the sofa on the left is a new addition to expand the open plan. Custom built-ins, a light stacked stone on the fireplace and a millwork surround for the TV make the space look classic yet current.

The Cabico vanity cabinetry in the paint color “Chantilly” and the Silestone “Lusso” quartz countertop immediately make the windowless bathroom lighter and brighter. Mirabelle “Myers” undermount sinks and Kohler “Margaux” chrome widespread faucets keep the look updated without being too contemporary for the space. A mirror frame was created from Cabico moulding to match the cabinet doorstyle and “Chantilly” color. Top Knobs “Ascendra” knobs and pulls were used on the vanity. Two “Kolt” vanity lights from Quoizel provide ample lighting over the vanity sinks.
Benjamin Moore “Shaker Beige” paint adds to the calm feeling of this bathroom. The “Crema Marfil” marble floor tile brings this beautiful bathroom together.

The Hall Bath on the main level is used by the clients' teenage daughter. We reoriented the cramped space to give her a large 60" vanity, storage niches, and a gorgeously-tiled tub/shower.

After - the Powder Room is now a modern, bright space with its own ‘wow’ factor! The Brewster “Runes Brushstrokes” wallpaper from GoingDecor.com sets the tone for this gorgeous room. The rattan “Wicker Bell Pendant” by Young House Love is right on trend. The vanity was created using reclaimed white oak by Local Wood (stained to match Duraseal "True Black") for the sink front and floating shelf, and pairs with an “Ice White” quartz countertop, Kohler "Verticyl" sink, and Pfister "Contempra" faucet in “Matte Black”. Mirror: client’s own.

After. The double vanity was replaced with Cabico cabinetry with a “Mahogany” stain. The look was kept fuss-free using contrasting Silestone quartz countertops in the color “Calacatta Gold” from EuroStoneCraft. Three brushed nickel “Bratto” sconces by Kuzco Lighting flank the rectangular mirrors from West Elm.

After. We opened the Kitchen right up! We removed the two walls that previously separated the Kitchen from the formal Sitting and Dining Rooms. By closing the entrance into the Kitchen from the Hallway and Family Room area, we were able to create the perfect wall for a large gas range and hood. Adelphi frameless cabinets painted in the Benjamin Moore color “Dakota Shadow” add a modern touch that is right on trend!

After. A Dining Room no more! We removed the wall separating the Dining Area and Kitchen which created enough space for this gorgeous Kitchen with a large island and plenty of seating. Replacing the exterior window (and a double door) with two shorter picture windows allowed room for base cabinets along the left wall as well as the perfect location for the sink: overlooking the golf course! We were also able to add recessed lighting to the existing wooden ceiling. It is now a standalone design feature in its own right.
