Imagine dropping a handful of flooring and installing it as it lay. Very labor intensive. 7 species of wood are included. 3" Tiger Wood, 3" Quarter sawn Red Oak, 3" Brazilian Cherry, 4" Hickory, 3" Maple, 4" Ash, 3" White Oak. I also collected some Curly Maple from a previous job and threw in a 9" wide piece of White oak flooring. Don't know if I'd ever do this again. 7 days to install about 125 sf. The rest of the room is straight lay, about 200 sf and took only 4 hours

Jewett Farms + Co’s Reclaimed Maple – Beech blends the light tones of honey and tawny blonds with hints of pink. The timbers are sourced from old barns in the East and Mid West, where they were primarily used as beams to support structures. This flooring blends light tones and features small scratches, some knots, nail holes and some insect tracts. At the time of the European settlement Maple and Beech trees were the most common hardwoods in the forests of the Midwest. Both Maple and Beech are medium density hard woods with very little color or grain variation, because of this the two species were commonly used together. Bedroom wallpaper installation – Elgin, IL This bedroom in Elgin was redesigned with floral wallpaper in soft ivory and pale green, reflecting classic French Country aesthetics. Traditional paper was carefully aligned to center the bouquet pattern behind the headboard wall. Installed over primed plaster for smooth adhesion, the design now ties perfectly with vintage furniture and soft linen bedding.
