He designed the the "studio type" house around two see through fireplaces so that they could enjoy the fireplaces throughout the day and evening. They chose this style because it has minimal trim, large viewing area, variable flame and quiet fan to distribute the heat.

This see through fireplace was finished by the architect/homeowner with a shiplap and plaster surround. It wa chosen because it has a contemporary finish with minimal trim and large viewing area.

This photo is a Design/Build project that Done Right Landscape & Construction did in Wakefield, MA. The job description called for complete renovation of the entire property which includes building Techo-bloc retaining walls around the front and left side of the property with colorful plantings and trees which included Dogwood, Hydrangea, Snow Fountain Weeping Cherry, Rose Of Sharon and a wide selection of evergreens with annuals and perennials.
