This 1980’s condo on the East Bank, was ready for some updates to personalize their master bedroom/bath. Inspired by a recent trip to Asia, the clients were eager for a solid shower floor. After much searching, Azul blue Brazilian granite was selected with a custom Schluter drain system. To complement the gray and blue tones, gray travertine was selected for the floors and walls with a blue recycled glass accent. To carry the modern custom look onto the vanity wall, two stacked floating vanities were designed. The Azul granite was installed, modern faucet and basin, as well as the blue glass tile to the ceilings. Custom lighting finishes off the space. Gut remodel of old farmhouse kitchen (last updated in the 60's). We even had to level out floor joists, which in doing so came across a layer of plaster between two layers of subfloor. That was absolutely a first for us and have to wonder what the thought process was in the original builder doing such a thing. We rebuilt the space with new joists, subfloor, spray foam insulation, plumbing, electrical, drywall, Schluter Ditra Heat under CERAMICA FIORANESE Old Wood Moka tile, custom cabinets, farmhouse sink, granite countertops, and coordinating Old Wood Moka backsplash tile.

Light in its image, solid and architectural in its form, the dining table has a metal base with two legs to support the top. The collection of tables features the same single leg that splits into three feet at the base. The rectangular tables can have a base placed off center with respect to the top.
