Welcome to the Shasta plan at Revere - a two-story home boasting 3,457 square feet and an array of customizable options to suit your lifestyle. The covered entry porch, framed by split garages, leads you to a large tiled entry that offers access to the centrally located family room, the upstairs, or the standard dining room.
This home offers flexibility with its optional configurations. The dining room can be transformed into a multi-generational residence featuring a dedicated living room, bedroom, bathroom, and private entry, or it can serve as a dedicated media room and private home office.
At the heart of the home, the kitchen is equipped with an in-island sink and dishwasher, a five-burner stove, and abundant storage with a walk-in pantry and a separate Butler’s pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious breakfast nook filled with natural light from the numerous windows and a slider leading to the covered patio. The first-floor owner’s suite, which also has access to the patio, is designed for luxury with an expansive walk-in closet, soaking tub, dual vanities, and a coffered ceiling.
The upstairs is designed for family living, featuring a relaxing loft area, three or four secondary bedrooms, and a well-equipped laundry room. The second floor comes standard with a bonus room, two bedrooms with walk-in closets, and a covered balcony. The fourth bedroom’s standard en-suite bathroom can be optioned as a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom when the fifth bedroom is selected. The Shasta plan at Revere allows you to live large and tailor your home to your unique needs.

With non-insulated patio enclosures, you can take what is essentially an outdoor space and turn it into a three or four-season room. This shelters you from the elements as well as added security for your home. Even if your porch or patio does not have a roof, we can install an aluminum patio roof or acrylic patio roof to meet your home’s exact requirements.
If you have a home with a porch or patio, there is an enclosure to suit your taste. These walls can be made from a wide variety of materials, including vinyl and aluminum. There are also glass or screened in solarium type enclosures to help give you the maximum amount of natural sunlight.

Astonishing luxury and resort-like amenities in this gated, entirely private, and newly-refinished, approximately 14,000 square foot residence on approximately 1.4 level acres.

During this gut renovation of a 3,950 sq. ft., four bed, three bath stately landmarked townhouse in Clinton Hill, the homeowners sought to significantly change the layout and upgrade the design of the home with a two-story extension to better suit their young family. The double story extension created indoor/outdoor access on the garden level; a large, light-filled kitchen (which was relocated from the third floor); and an outdoor terrace via the master bedroom on the second floor. The homeowners also completely updated the rest of the home, including four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a powder room, and a library. The owner’s triplex connects to a full-independent garden apartment, which has backyard access, an indoor/outdoor living area, and its own entrance.

A 10,355 sq ft home built ground-up on a 16,418 sq ft lot in Brentwood Park, north of Sunset. Seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, three stories, and an elevator.
New construction is rare in Brentwood Park — the lots are generous, the housing stock is old and it almost never turns over. Most of what gets built there is a renovation behind an existing façade.
The lower level is the part that took the engineering. A full subterranean floor carrying a cinema, fitness studio, sauna, steam shower, temperature-controlled wine room, game lounge and bar, plus guest and staff accommodation. Basements are uncommon in Los Angeles for a reason.
Above it, a chef's kitchen with marble counters, walk-in pantry, breakfast area and coffee bar, opening through retractable walls of glass to a resort-style pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and lawn. Formal dining, private office and a guest suite on the main level. Four ensuite bedrooms upstairs plus a primary suite with a private terrace, fireplace, dual dressing rooms and a book-matched marble bath. A detached guest studio with its own kitchenette and bathroom.
Four fireplaces. Solar. Stone tile and wood throughout. Three-car garage behind a circular driveway.

This older home on the Southside of Birmingham has an open airy look and feel. Removing the wall between then eat in area and working kitchen allows for a much larger kitchen. A desk area was added as the client works from home. Integrated appliances keep the cabinets front and center. The Chef's range is beautiful and sets in a very functional work space with plenty of room left and right for prep. The wide galley allows for the small peninsula and space for three to four seats at the bar.

The Plumrose at Inglenook’s Pocket Neighborhoods is a three- or four-bedroom Cottage-style Home that possesses a feeling of spaciousness driven by beautiful vaulted ceilings, numerous big windows, and smart, flexible design.
A key element of cottage-style living is individuality. Each home is unique, inside and out. Focused on expanding the homeowner’s choices, the Plumrose takes individuality all the way to the number and design of the rooms. The second “bedroom” upstairs offers one such opportunity to customize the home to fit life’s needs. Make it a spacious, quiet master retreat and master bath, or a bright and cheery child’s bedroom and playroom, or a guest bedroom and office – the possibilities are endless and the decision is yours.
The customization in the Plumrose continues in the creative and purposeful storage options. Each room and stairway landing provides an opportunity for a built-in bookshelf, reading nook, or trellis. All of these built-ins can serve as thoughtful places to showcase photos, treasured travel souvineers, books, and more! After all, a good storage option should be both decorative and useful.
Bringing the home’s utility outdoors, the front porch and private bedroom patio serve as extensions of the main living space. The front porch provides a private yet public space to enjoy the community greens and neighbors. The private patio is a great spot to read the newspaper over a morning cup of coffee. These spaces balance the personal and social aspects of cottage living, bringing community without sacrificing privacy.

Welcome to the community of Myrtle Grove! Myrtle Grove is found within the city limits of Plaquemine, Louisiana or the “City of Hospitality,” tucked between the swamps of the Atchafalaya and the bustling state capitol. Nestled off of Enterprise Boulevard, this community offers a variety of three and four-bedroom floor plans that include 3 cm slab granite countertops with under-mount sinks throughout and optional gas fireplaces. The Myrtle Grove community is a quiet, charming home site community that includes sidewalks and a community pond, with a country backdrop that contrasts the hustle and bustle lifestyle of the nearby capital city.

White limestone on the front of the home (not shown) was the inspiration for the use of white limestone throughout the upgraded outdoor living space. The brick columns at the edge of the original patio cover are wrapped with white limestone at the base and white limestone was also used on the base of gas fire pit and custom bench with comfortable seating for three or four guests. The bench and fire pit are both capped in flagstone.
Like the white limestone, brick, shingles and paint from the home's original features were incorporated into the design.
