Starting from a blank canvas with a completely empty shell, the Gonyea Transformations team transformed this spacious garage into a sleek, luxurious personal retreat. The garage now boasts ample space for our client to showcase their cars, as well as entertain friends in the loft with a full bar and lounge. Some stunning details include a beautiful cable railing that leads to the loft, a walnut accent wall that adds additional architectural interest and works as a privacy barrier and entertainment center, and a notable bar with diamond plate details, thoughtful lighting, and the clients’ own “Lamborghini” sign to create a cohesive look within the whole garage condo. This master bathroom is an oasis of clean, bright design with an abundance of natural light. Our Miami clients wanted a contemporary space, and we gave them hyper modernism with custom materials imported from Italy. A glass walk-in shower with sleek fixtures is a subtle touch to balance the dramatic artwork. Our favorite feature in this master bath is the hand-made mosaic micro tile wall. --- Project designed by Miami interior designer Margarita Bravo. Split rail fencing is a beautiful, traditional style of fence. It is one of the oldest styles of fence that is still manufactured and installed today. Why? Split rail fences are the best of everything. First, the are inexpensive because of the materials needed (basic wood slates and posts). Second, they can be put up in a very short amount of time. This is because the posts only need a three-step installation, making it more efficient. Third, they add a rustic look to all types of properties. We have installed split rail fencing on all types of properties - residential, farms, and more. They are a great option for keeping horse and livestock in a contained area also. We use different types of wood depending on the project we are working on. Not all wood is right for a split rail fence. You will want to go with something that is sturdy and weather-proof. We coat all of our wood with a special varnish clear-coat that keeps away termites and protects against harsh weather.

Barn style doors are a unique focal point and add rustic charm to any interior. Sliding barn doors are also space savers since they are level with the wall when opened; keeping spaces open and airy. Made in the US at our Pacific Northwest facility, each of our hand-crafted barn doors are made to order and come fully assembled, ready to hang. Choose from several configurations including Two Panel Plank, Crossbuck, Double Crossbuck and Arch Top. Doors are constructed of special-grade Pacific Northwest Douglas Fir, kiln-dried to prevent wood movement with full-dimension framing on front and back for added strength.
