This client approached me with an HOA issue. The house had been previously designed and approved by their neighborhood HOA. However, the Home Owners Association had trouble visualizing how the house would sit on the sloping lot and how it would coexist with other houses built twenty years prior. Therefore, I was brought in to render the house and property following three different color schemes. This is the final rendition approved by the HOA.

Just one of many rotten posts, this one offered no resistance at all when removed.

Our client asked for a zen bathroom, the kind of place all your troubles fade. It was a very 2008 situation we found ourselves in before. Reasonable ask and I think we delivered! The floors are a limestone, a tile we think is often overlooked because of its natural fissures. But we love a little imperfection and thankfully so did our clients. Zoom in for the beautiful fluting on the wall! We were able to give this clients double sinks and a separate vanity area.

This side yard was once soggy, compacted, and difficult to maintain, with runoff regularly spilling into the neighbor’s property. On behalf of the client we botained approval for a conservation landscape installation and rebate though the Montgomery County Rainscapes program.
Using over 80% native plants—including species that tolerate wet conditions—we created a vibrant, low-maintenance garden that absorbs water, improves soil, and supports pollinators.
A once-troubled space is now a thriving, sustainable landscape full of color, life, and purpose.

This client was having trouble with standing water in their backyard, By grading the yard and adding a dry creek bed we were able to solve the standing water issue, but make their yard into a beautiful landscape come rain or shine.

This contemporary kitchen in a luxury condominium is state of the art. The stained *cabinets are contrasted by white glass appliances, stainless steel accents and recycled glass countertops.
The floating wall houses the ovens, microwave, warming steamer on the kitchen side. On the opposite side there is a continuation of the fine woodwork throughout the space .
Refrigerators are completely built-in and clad in the same wood as to appear to be a cabinet.
Stainless drawers complete the base cabinet below the cooktop and create the detail at the corners of the center island. Dishwashers flank the sink and are covered in the same cabinetry forming a seamless effect.
The stone top on the outside island had a waterfall detail and additional storage.
Three pendent lights illuminate the leather swivel barstools with bronze iron bases.

The client was having trouble finding comfortable outdoor furniture. We found this one of a kind rattan vintage sofa and Heron lamp! The colorful throw is a Kate Spade, the peacock pillow adds great color. The remove-able tray with handles is a perfect fit for the cocktail table. The rattan end table is a great spot to set down a drink or a book.
