Our clients in the Pine Creek Neighborhood of Colorado Springs contacted us to upgrade their existing builder-grade redwood deck. We built this stunning, 294 SF deck using Deckorators Vista Ironwood decking material. The railing is a Fortress Fe26 powder-coated steel system with 3-inch posts and flat pyramid post caps. For the 14'x 21' deck cover, the clients chose a shed roof styled with a flat closed ceiling. The ceiling features WoodTone's Canadian Ice Lager tongue and groove, recessed lighting, a ceiling fan, and a Bromic Tungsten overhead electric patio heater, allowing them to enjoy cooler evenings on their new deck while staying warm.
