Eat-in kitchen - traditional u-shaped eat-in kitchen idea in New York with shaker cabinets, white cabinets, white backsplash, subway tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances

This project is a client case located in Istanbul, Turkey. The client's home is a 60 square meter residence. The client, who lives alone, prefers a modern minimalist style and favors colors such as white, black, and gray. The client's specific requirement was to select a pendant light with localized lighting functionality for the dining area. Since the client chose a blue and white cabinet next to the dining area, she wanted the pendant light to complement the cabinet and opted for colors related to blue. Additionally, she expressed a preference for a Nordic minimalist style. In the end, we selected a blue bud macaron pendant light in a Nordic style that perfectly matched the client's needs. Upon receiving the product, the client expressed satisfaction with how well the light fixture aligned with her requirements. We are sharing this case with everyone in the hopes of providing inspiration and ideas for your own home decoration.

This project is a case study of a client located in Istanbul, Turkey. The client owns a Chinese restaurant with an approximate area of 120 square meters, consisting of a main dining hall and two small private rooms. The client desired a rustic countryside with a touch of Chinese style for the restaurant's interior design. They envisioned a mix of natural wood tones and green elements, such as abundant green plants, to complement the overall ambiance. The client's main requirement was to find the most suitable pendant lights for the restaurant, ensuring ample illumination throughout the space. Based on the restaurant's style and the client's needs, we recommended a series of pendant lights in a pendulum-shaped rattan design. For the main dining hall, a single pendant light was installed, while each of the private rooms featured a trio of pendant lights. Given the hall's spacious area of approximately 90 square meters, we arranged a total of 15 pendant lights to ensure sufficient lighting. As for the private rooms, with a combined area of around 30 square meters, the three pendant lights in each room effectively illuminated the entire space. Additionally, we incorporated green plants as decorative accents in the center of each pendant light, perfectly aligning with the restaurant's overall style. The client expressed great satisfaction with this lighting arrangement, as it perfectly met their needs and harmonized with the desired ambiance of the restaurant.

Light is a symbol of life and enjoyment - it has always been a source of inspiration for painters, poets and thinkers. In our everyday life, it also plays an important role, influences the mood and room climate. Light in a kitchen, which is both a working and living area, should be bright and friendly, pleasantly homely, but above all it should render the colours of food and furnishings as naturally, and therefore as appetisingly, as possible.

About This Coastal Scene: A dramatic late afternoon / early evening photograph of the historic Turkey Point Lighthouse located in Elk Neck State Park in North East Maryland. This HDR image was created by merging several exposures into one in order to create the dramatic leading lines of the lighthouse shadow and to enhance the soft whimsical white clouds in the dark blue sky. Then the photograph was added to another image of old gray weathered barn board planks with the help of Photoshop in order to give the overall new design a rustic coastal / farmhouse style to it.
