The kitchen in this Tuscan basement is for entertaining. It is bordered in the back by a home theater and on the opposite side by a wine tasting room and exercise room. It opens into a game and recreation area. Countertops are granite, tile is natural limestone with metal accents, hardware and faucetry is oil rubbed bronze.

We removed a closet from this area, and stole the space for extra kitchen storage. The client had a mammoth coffee maker, and we just did not have the available counterspace in the main kitchen for it, so we created one in this old closet!

We love the transformation accomplished by paint and a new tile backsplash! We painted the upper cabinets in Sherwin Williams 6252 "Ice Cube", and the lower cabinets in SW 7602 "Indigo Batik". Don't forget to check out the "Before" pic!
