The client wanted something new for her dining room. She didn't know what that should be or look like, "just make it different", she said. So, we repainted the walls a beautiful blue color found in the homeowners rug and collection of Cantonese figures and gave her a new distressed dining table and linen chairs and bench. Replacing her traditional crystal chandelier for "something different" like these outdoor lanterns transformed this once tired traditional dining room into a beautiful, transitional new dining space.

Home office - eclectic home office idea in Tampa

By widening the opening to the dining room, and creating a new opening to the living room, we can now see all three rooms at once where before we could not. Leggy, light furnishings, modern lighting and light-colored upholstery help create an airy feel.

We were asked to "Tweak" this homeowners pool lanai but keep her favorite vintage iron chairs. We took cues from the newly upholstered chairs and brought in a black outdoor wicker coffee table and upholstered the wicker sofa in a green color found in the foliage. Thanks to the homeowners green thumb for inspiration!
