Featuring traditional stylings typical of Sydney's finest eastern suburbs homes, including leadlight windows, decorative ceilings and centrepiece staircase, this two-level home provided the ideal canvas for a luxury Elevator Boutiques Elevators. With minimal building works, a FreedomLift with glass shaft was easily installed to deliver a new level of prestige and convenience to this classic home. In order to complement the home's existing, timeless elegance, the owners were able to customize their FreedomLift to ensure it blended perfectly into their much-loved home.

A typical post-1906 Noe Valley house is simultaneously restored, expanded and redesigned to keep what works and rethink what doesn’t. The front façade, is scraped and painted a crisp monochrome white—it worked. The new asymmetrical gabled rear addition takes the place of a windowless dead end box that didn’t. A “Great kitchen”, open yet formally defined living and dining rooms, a generous master suite, and kid’s rooms with nooks and crannies, all make for a newly designed house that straddles old and new. This is an organic Lime Wash done with a true lime wash product as opposed to a brick mortar or concrete that is often seen on new houses. This product can be applied as a solid coating making the surface completely white, or can be applied and "washed off" in many artistic ways, as seen here. Glass painting with a Venice view. The work was created through several layers of glass with silver or golden hand carved leaves, which give the image a three-dimensional effect. The choice of gold and silver reminds of the essential prestige of Venice and its art. The typical Venetian byzantine style is evoked by this painting, which is embellished by the carved decoration.
