All penetration and valley flashing is 16 oz red copper. The clay tiles on this roof in the Rancho Palos Verdes community of Ocean Terrace were removed and reinstalled over new underlayment. The flat roofs areas were stripped, and new underlayment was installed followed by a white cool roof coating. The new panel array was installed directly over a new composition roof and framed with clay tiles that were fastened with a 2-part polyurethane foam adhesive. This method uses no nails and allows foot traffic on the top of the tile roof for panel access without the worry of breakage. 20 LG 335-watt panels and 20 Enphase High Power Smart Grid IQ 6 Plus Microinverters were installed and monitoring will be provided by Enphase Enlighten. A reduce then produce concept was followed by replacing all incandescent bulbs with efficient LED bulbs and fixtures, pool pumps were replaced with Hybrid ultra-high efficient pumps, and an overall plan of load shifting and load sheading was implemented. his business located in a commercial park in North East Denver needed to replace aging composite wood siding from the 1970s. Colorado Siding Repair vertically installed Artisan primed fiber cement ship lap from the James Hardie Asypre Collection. When we removed the siding we found that the underlayment was completely rotting and needed to replaced as well. This is a perfect example of what could happen when we remove and replace siding– we find rotting OSB and framing! Check out the pictures! You will see a before and after photo depicting a kitchen installation of sheet vinyl. The existing floor required the installation of flooring grade premium underlayment. In order to perfect the install of a sheet vinyl it is recommended to smooth coat the board seams with a lightweight finishing concrete. This is to ensure there is no surfacing of seams where the underlayment butt together. Finishing concrete typically takes a couple hours to dry depending on the quantity and lengths of seams. After the drying process is done, its time to roll out glue and tight fit our sheet vinyl to the existing cabinets.
