We are a Locally Owned and Operated SWFL. We handle hundreds of jobs a month including everything from a Repair to a complete Re Roof. We pride ourselves in also having a Tile Roofing Division that is widely renowned for the cutting edge technologies and an eye for extreme detail. Quality roof company comes down to the materials used and how they’re installed. Our company provides a team of Florida roofing pros prepared for any project. Every residential or commercial roof system we install is based in the Miami Dade Hurricane Code. When we build a roof or complete a repair- it is built to last. We also offer the latest Tile Roof options on the shortest timelines. As a locally owned and operated company we are intimately familiar with all the Florida Roof Types. We have three internal Specialty Divisions: Tile Roof and Restoration Division which specifically works with Concrete Roof Tile, Clay Roof Tile, and the Stone Coated Metal (which appears like Roof Tile). Shingle Roofing and Restoration and works with Shingle and Metal applications. Commercial Roofing and Restoration which handles all the Commercial Applications and Coatings. Had some minor roof damage due to hurricane Ian, just on my ridges. Contacted a few of the big name companies for a repair. No one wanted to do just a repair and quoted me full roof replacements. A couple wanted me to assign my benefits to them to avoid having to deal with the insurance company. Was surprised as they are known roofers in the area. My wife read about a roofer on Nextdoor that people were happy with. Called him. He does full roofs and just repairs if needed. I called my builder to get the name of the shingle to make finding them easier. Ryan gave me a quote, which was very, very reasonable. After accepting it, figured I'd hear from him to schedule the work in a few weeks. Three days later, he fit me in and tore off the damaged portions and installed the perfect color shingle replacements. If you're in need of a really personable, caring, economical craftsman....who takes total PRIDE in his work, give Ryan a text. His name is: Ryan Courtney (Sensitive Information Hidden) and he's Cape Coral. If my roof ever has issues in the future from storms, he is now my preferred go to guy.

Ryan came over on a Saturday we heard of this company through a niece he took pictures then was able to show us exactly what the problem was we have had other roofers here and although we were charged for repair, our leak wasn’t fixed we feel comfortable that this long time leak will finally be taken care of would recommend Ryan to anyone looking for roof issues

I used this company for numerous tile roof properties I own. They always are amazingly efficient and always offer the best price and unique accoutrements that no one else even knows how to install. This team does most of the installs in the region for other roofing companies. Might as well go straight to the right person and save a lot of time. We will be using them to install the roof on our new 335,000 sq foot roof on local shopping center . Highly recomend.
