Walls & Ceiling: (1) Strip existing plaster to expose brick. Repair & Re-point masonry as required (2) Install tile backsplash using salvaged historic tile Demo and replace ceiling. (3) Demo and replace ceiling. Bring plaster surface to Level 5 finish. Fenestration: Replace windows. Millwork: (1) Demo and replace millwork (2) New custom concrete countertop by Trueform Concrete of Denville, New Jersey. Lighting & Electrical: (1) Replace all wiring. (2) New receptacles spaced per current electrical code. (3) New Lighting. (4) New appliances.

We replaced the old shingle roof on this farmhouse with a durable 24-gauge Galvalume standing seam metal roof. For maximum protection, we installed a high-temperature Roofnado peel-and-stick underlayment, ensuring superior resistance to Florida’s heat and storms. This project consisted of replacing this 80+-year-old roof in Quakertown, NJ with a new Pennsylvania Gray/Black Slate roof system and underlying cedar roof system. The existing spaced sheathing (Slats, furrings) remained in place and new sheathing was secured to the existing spaced sheathing to provide a solid substrate. Inspiration for a timeless home design remodel in Vancouver

Front view of a new architectural asphalt roof on this historic North Branford, Connecticut residence. The main home features a box gable roof, which connects under a shed roof at the rear of the home to an open gable garage with the same roof proportions. After removing the previous roof down to the decking, we covered this roof with felt underlayment and ice and water membrane at edges, valleys, and ridges. We also installed a ridge vent on the primary residence.

Beautiful new backyard landscaping complete with oversized fire pit area using Belgard pavers to create sitting walls. Used Desert Sunrise Grey colored 1 1/2 inch cobble rock with fabric underlayment.
