It includes silk window panels with grommets and monograms at the bottom corners, lamp shades made with the same fabric as the coverlet, bolsters with rossetts and hand made buttons, bedding set from finest egiptian cotton with contrast welt and ties and very delicate french cases with ruffles and lace. Unique quality of craftmenship.

The Casablanca rugs are stunning in both their uniqueness and their quality, both of which are easily apparent upon first glance. The contemporary bohemian-type patterns utilizing modern yarn colors juxtaposed on classic high-quality wool material creates a look that is not only unique, but also versatile in that it can be considered both traditional and trendy. Casablanca rugs are 100% wool and hand tufted in India.

This fun house is located in the Englewood neighborhood south of Denver's DTC. We immediately loved this house for its unique qualities and saw a ton of potential in the design. Our scope included a re-design of the entire main level of the home with phasings for the upstairs spaces in the future. Fortunate for us, these clients have a wonderful Mid-Century Modern taste, and it has been a delight designing within this realm...our favorite style personally!

Our goal was to create comfortable and practical spaces, while staying true to the preferences of the homeowners and age of the home. The dramatic exterior features Hardie Panel siding, tight knot cedar trim, and sand finish concrete. The tight knot cedar is also used for the channel siding encasing the outdoor seating area. Inside, hardwood floors, durable tuftex carpet, and extensive tilework can be found throughout. Quartz countertops and Bertazzoni appliances complete the kitchen.
