Inspiration for a mid-sized timeless sunroom remodel with no fireplace and a standard ceiling

By closing in an unneeded doorway and enlarging another, we were able to greatly improve the function and feel of this kitchen...all in the same basic foot print. Adding the island and pantry cabinet more than supplemented the removal of an awkward pantry closet. Lastly we removed the upper portion of the wall between the kitchen and dining room .

This client wanted a fresh start, taking only minimal items from her old house when she moved. We gave the kitchen and half bath a facelift, and then decorated the rest of the house with all new furniture and decor, while incorporating her unique and funky art and family pieces. The result is a house filled with fun and unexpected surprises, one of our favorites to date!

Wendy is a genius at creating specialized storage out of potentially unused space! The rolling island pulls out of the dormer storage area when in use, or tucks back in the dormer for increased floor space when unneeded.

We took an outdated powder room and updated it with large modern ceramic tile. The 24" x 48" tile was cut and laid out in a contemporary pattern for more impact. The wall-mounted floating sink is by Robern. The glass countertop lights up for a modern hotel feel. The exterior door was replaced with a space-saving pocket door. The unneeded small shower was taken out to add a pantry to the kitchen.

Once she decided to reclaim her basement, we decluttered & edited out unneeded and multiple items, sorted things into categories & installed inexpensive cabinets along one wall. There was just enough space to tuck her steamer into the corner out of the way
