When designing a vacation home, you've got to think FUN! Think about what's going to POP against all the other photos on the VRBO website. Something memorable like these surfboards can only help make your vacation spot stand out. This little Wind N Sea condo has been booked since day ONE for the last 3 years. The owners in Texas hardly get a chance to visit... but when they do they say they still love it. Even 3 years later. SMILES...:)

Our MOSS customer expressed that their 1980’s kitchen was in desperate need of an upgrade and they wanted a space to entertain in. Early in the design process, the homeowners communicated they wanted a big enough space for the kids to do homework; making them close enough to ask questions while Mom or Dad cooks.
Inspired by the family’s favorite vacation spot, Colonial Williamsburg, our customers also wanted to incorporate the rich colonial blues that are commonly showcased in that region. Their final piece of inspiration came from the nostalgia of the kitchens they grew up in, reminiscent of the inviting spaces that allowed for friends and family to gather. The end result is a stunning update!

Lovely boulder steps to waterfront with landscape lighting.

The homeowners envisioned a family vacation spot — just steps from the sand — with the ability to accommodate up to 14 guests.
We designed a whole-home remodel, transforming upstairs rooms into an open, modern kitchen kitchen and a great room for entertaining. Bunk beds and built-ins maximize the sleeping spaces. Now, three generations can enjoy the beach together!

This contemporary Ann Arbor kitchen remodel featured some big changes. A sun room to the left of the kitchen was re-purposed into a dining area and the pantry was expanded. The new kitchen features white cabinetry and quartz counter tops. The blue accent tile was inspired by the cobblestone streets of Old San Juan, a favorite vacation spot for our clients.
Adjacent to the kitchen there's a new beverage bar which features a Forzastone wall and custom-built shelving.
