A kitchen with two islands is definitely better than a kitchen with one! The acrylic back splash with grass is a great combination with the rift sawn white oak cabinetry.

The Cabana with a view includes a fireplace with a big screen TV above and a semi circular seating area around a fire pit for viewing. It also includes a very spacious and well equipped outdoor kitchen.

A combined indoor and outdoor pool is is perfect for all seasons. Separated by a vertical lift, 1" thick Lexan door, the indoor pool includes spa type jets and a swim jet for exercise. The outdoor pool includes a spa, water slide and cabana. The ceiling is a unique design of multi-color acrylic panels intertwined and floating like clouds in the sky.

On the other side of the pizza oven, this covered loggia (with skylight above, not in picture) includes a big screen TV and wood burning fireplace with plenty of room for people to do their thing!

Her Dressing Room is spectacular. This unique blend of mosaic tile, stone, radius woodworking AND one of the finest wood finishes I have ever seen is hard to take your eyes off of. The quality is unmatched. My hats off to all the artisans that worked on this fabulous living space.

The back side of this estate includes an over sized patio area with a complete outside kitchen, two areas for BBQ, fire pit and a feeling you are lounging on the French Riviera.

Another Arc Design Group creation and my first "save". This project was 95% built when I took it over as project manager. My team re-designed the glass elevator shaft, home theater and home automation system among many other fixes needed to finish the new home construction of this estate.

An outdoor pizza oven is the ultimate for entertaining friends and family. I learned by making pizza for the cousins at family get-togethers. This is the perfect set-up. Everything the cook needs on one side and a counter people can gather around, watch the pizza being made and serve themselves.
