Her Dressing Room is spectacular. This unique blend of mosaic tile, stone, radius woodworking AND one of the finest wood finishes I have ever seen is hard to take your eyes off of. The quality is unmatched. My hats off to all the artisans that worked on this fabulous living space.

On the other side of the pizza oven, this covered loggia (with skylight above, not in picture) includes a big screen TV and wood burning fireplace with plenty of room for people to do their thing!

A combined indoor and outdoor pool is is perfect for all seasons. Separated by a vertical lift, 1" thick Lexan door, the indoor pool includes spa type jets and a swim jet for exercise. The outdoor pool includes a spa, water slide and cabana. The ceiling is a unique design of multi-color acrylic panels intertwined and floating like clouds in the sky.

This two story Gym includes an area above for dance and floor exercises, a wet bar, a spa, a locker room for guests and enough room to support a full selection of gym equipment.

Another Arc Design Group creation and my first "save". This project was 95% built when I took it over as project manager. My team re-designed the glass elevator shaft, home theater and home automation system among many other fixes needed to finish the new home construction of this estate.

An ordinary backyard in Park Slope was transformed by defining the space with a change of level, and the use of brick and bluestone to provide seating, eating and hammock areas. Romantic, soft plantings are designed for lushness and seasonal interest.
