Interior Style Designs Client hired us to help design window treatments for the whole house. This is a new build and there were no existing window treatments. We were hired due to our help in choosing fabrics, drapery and shade styles and our involved detail in going over all aspects of functionality and installation. This project was over 15 custom fabric pleated roman shades and 3 draperies for the family room, loft and master bedroom. In the end, our client was thrilled with the outcome. Most importantly, the clients knew what to expect from start to finish.

Wanting to ensure accessibility and functionality of their new home, the homeowners opted to include both a home elevator and dumbwaiter into their design. The elevator pairs fully automatic, sleek, stainless steel side sliding doors with anodized aluminum fixtures. Not only adding style but nearly “hands free” access to every level of the home. The cab’s interior was custom finished by the general contractor to match the home’s modern simplicity design. The floor-loading dumbwaiter allows for heavier items to be transported with more ease from the wine cellar to the main floor. The stainless-steel finish and corresponding fixtures tie in flawlessly with the elevator and the decor of the home. This Modern Marvel will make the perfect home for multigeneration living for years to come.

White Oak flooring is full of light tones that give a crisp, clean feel. It has long been a versatile standard in homes across the U.S. because of its universally complementary combination of deep grayish-brown heartwood and pale white tones. It also carries with it the feeling of tradition. White Oak hardwood flooring is also known for its durability, strength, and resistance to wear, serving as planking for boats and even mine timbers. The amazing decorative flexibility of White Oak hardwood makes it an outstanding floor for all settings and occasions. Our White Oak comes in a variety of colors and stains to suit any decor. Additionally, our FSC certified engineered White Oak floors feature enhanced dimensional stability over standard solid white oak floors.

Matte black makes for a great design element that anchors the countertops in a design, without being overbearing. The neutral tones, silver grey flakes and black crystals in our Saint Henry Black Granite adds a visual interest and great alternative to Black Absolute honed which shows fingerprints easily, whereas Saint Henry Black Granite does not.
