The contrasting tones of the white Grabill acrylic cabinets, quartz countertops, & dimensional backsplash tile behind the hood with the grays of the wall cabinets, glass backsplash tile, and tone of the stainless hood and oven create an overall visually appealing room. The rectilinear contemporary design is emphasized in the flat panel cabinetry as well as in the backsplash and streamline brushed nickel hardware.

Landscape design emphasizes the horizontal layers as we progress from the concrete patio floor up to the garden level. This remodel involves extensive excavation, demolition, drainage, and structural work. The major objective of this home was to craft something entirely unique; based on our client’s international travels, and tailored to their ideal lifestyle. Every detail, selection and method was individual to this project. The design included personal touches like a dog shower for their Great Dane, a bar downstairs to entertain, and a TV tucked away in the den instead of on display in the living room. Great design doesn’t just happen. It’s a product of work, thought and exploration. For our clients, they looked to hotels they love in New York and Croatia, Danish design, and buildings that are architecturally artistic and ideal for displaying art. Our part was to take these ideas and actually build them. Every door knob, hinge, material, color, etc. was meticulously researched and crafted. Most of the selections are custom built either by us, or by hired craftsman.

This new construction pool showcases a sleek, modern design centered around clean lines and open outdoor living. The rectangular pool features a crisp geometric layout with light-toned coping and a shallow sun shelf, creating both visual appeal and functional lounging space. Surrounded by expansive, manicured lawn areas, the setting feels spacious and balanced. In the guest bathroom, we used a similar approach, but the star feature here is the floating marble sink, which is the perfect focal point, paired with dark wood shelves. When combined, the contrast between the rough, colorful zellige tiles and the smooth, elegant marble creates a balanced, visually appealing design. This remodel highlights the beauty of the materials and matches the energy of the neighborhood.

Design ideas for a large modern partial sun front yard concrete paver driveway in Tampa for spring.

Don't be afraid to 'think outside of the box' when you're designing your new deck. Today's decks can be any shape or configuration you can dream up. An eye-catching octagonal-shaped entertaining area is what makes this space unique. Flared staircases at either end of the deck enable easy access to the play area and create welcoming entries for guests. Fiberon Horizon composite decking in 'Ipe' was selected as the main deck color, complemented by a darker Horizon 'Rosewood' border. Fiberon Horizon white railing and black round metal balusters were also used to provide dramatic visual appeal. Fiberon's low-voltage, LED post cap accent lights were added so this outdoor space can be enjoyed even after the sun goes down.

This was our 2016 Parade Home and our model home for our Cantera Cliffs Community. This unique home gets better and better as you pass through the private front patio courtyard and into a gorgeous entry. The study conveniently located off the entry can also be used as a fourth bedroom. A large walk-in closet is located inside the master bathroom with convenient access to the laundry room. This classic plunge pool with spa is designed to take advantage of a small space and stylistically enhance a contemporary home. The result is a fine example of clean lines and symmetrical visual appeal. The use of Merbau timber decking and narrow honed Himalayan sandstone surrounds create a fresh and welcoming space. The pool features blue glass mosaic waterline and step tread tiles, beautiful navy blue pebbled lining and a small spill-over mouth with sandstone coping. The spa component is a reliable and straightforward set-up, with blower and spa jets delivering perfect relaxation at the touch of a button.
