The renovation experience with Chapter was the most disappointing I’ve had doing renovations, and I’ve done a few. No call backs but I guess that is expected when they apparently fire 3 of the people “overseeing” my project. Since Chapters 200+K project - they just stopped calling me back to resolve issues so on my own with another contractor . I had to have all 3 HVAC units reinstalled correctly, the dishwasher reinstalled correctly the primary bathroom toilet replaced, the bathroom grout sealed and door jam paint fixed since there was no primer the enamel paint kept bubbling. I have dealt with a lot of contractors and home renovation professionals, but this was the excellent one. They renovation process was excellent. Our Bathroom looks so so amazing. Extremely competent and effective people to work with. There was a lot of tiling involved in this project, and the bathroom was completely demolished. The scheduling was great, and the price was reasonable and didn't change during the project. Minor issues were settled promptly and professionally.

I recently purchased a house in downtown Brooklyn NY. I was looking for a good Constraction company to renovate the kitchen, 2 Bathrooms and flooring. I came across HAP construction and after speaking with Eli and “testing” him with a lot of questions about the renovation process (as I am doing construction my self in California) I decided to give them a chance to send me an estimate. After reviewing everything I decided to let HAP construction and Eli to renovate my new house. During the all remodeling process Eli managed his team with professionalism and made sure everything was working on time and with good finishes! Thank you HAP for an absolutely beautiful work!
