An exciting children water play concept executed at the premier Lodha World Towers, where science blends effortlessly with excitement and fun. We appreciate Lodha Group for trusting Valerius to execute first of its kind project in India in collaboration with Timber Play UK. The project comprises of Archimedes Screw, Ball Valve, Paddle Pump and many more equipment. The complexity in the design was to provide water at different pressures to each equipment as specified by the manufacture to obtain the desired water effect. Secondly being children play area the water quality also had to meet stringent quality parameters to ensure safety and hygiene. Lodha Group is one of the largest real estate developer and is known to provide not only world class amenities but also such exclusive living experience to its customers.

It was a pleasure and a privilege to work with the owners of this custom home while it was still under construction. The early planning allowed LWB to design the topographic features of the site to fit into the amenities that the clients desired such as an organically shaped swimming pool, a spa, planting, etc. The extreme grades in the backyard created an opportunity to place the spa overlooking the pool. The unique grading situation also allowed the pool utilities to be built underneath the lawn in a vented room, hidden from view. Waterfalls in the pool and a water wall help to create a relaxing experience in the homeowner's backyard. This Project was awarded with a coveted Grand Award in Residential Installation $50,001 & Over by the Ohio Nursery & Landscape Association.

Even without a massive backyard, it is possible to enjoy all of the features of a high end resort as long as you work with a talented designer. The UNIQUE team has nearly two decade of experience designing fabulous outdoor living spaces like this one.

This quiet setting is a fitting backdrop for such an exquisite home. The minimized trim, flat roof, contrast of the clear cedar against the black-stained foundation - and quality of materials and craft - all add to the visual experience.

Thank you Alvin and Ginny for sharing the experience of building your swimming pool dreams

Here is a model home pool that has one of the most interesting features you will ever see in a pool. It has an acrylic glass window that is 2 ½ inches thick so you can see the kids swimming in the pool. This is a unique design for those who are not focused on a budget because the building process is complex and it takes the right people with the appropriate experience. Overall the effect is unique and rare to find, while setting your pool apart from the others. At night with the lights on in the pool, the effect comes to life. We designed the lower seating area located next to the glass walls so you can entertain right along the pool edge. To top that we have a 45 foot long by 6 feet high water wall with water spilling down the rocks into the pool. It makes this a one of a kind pool that was thought up by thinking out of the box; something that we at Splash Pools like to do. A contemporary lower seating area is nestled closely to the pool’s edge for entertaining. Another element that added a great feature is the fire pit that keeps the family together while staying warm. Some can be in the heated pool, and others by the warm fire. This is something that every family should enjoy. See a video of the pool here - http://www.gotsplash.com/splash-pools-construction/unique-swimming-pool.html

This is a very elegant looking swimming pool and has a little bit of a Greco-Roman style to it with the pillars, tiered water features and fire feature bowls. The backyard was design for ultimate entertaining and a luxurious relaxing experience. Along the very back is a spa with a raised waterfall and overhead patio cover with two seating areas nearby. Water flows down to tiers from the spa around stepping stones and into the pool. The pool has water features on either side that arch into the pool. A custom outdoor living area with mini kitchen provides a wonderful shaded area right next to the pool.
