The original breakfast room was removed and the corner corner squared off a the site of the new sink. The removal of the wall dividing the kitchen and dining areas allowed the kitchen to expand and accommodate the open concept floor plan. The result is an amazingly comfortable & beautiful space in which to cook & entertain.

Our clients owned a secondary home in Bellevue and decided to do a major renovation as the family wanted to make this their main residence. A decision was made to add 3 bedrooms and an expanded large kitchen to the property. The homeowners were in love with whites and grays, and their idea was to create a soft modern look with transitional elements. We designed the kitchen layout to capitalize on the view and to meet all of the homeowners requirements. Large open plan kitchen lets in plenty of natural light and lots of space for their 3 boys to run around. We redesigned all the bathrooms, helped the clients with selection of all the finishes, materials, and fixtures for their new home.

The second-floor bath in this Brooklyn brownstone was a complete gut job. We covered 3 quarters of the walls in large-scale marble tile—but the glass enclosed shower features a pony wall of marble tile that continues onto the shower walls and ceiling. A vessel sink sits atop a white-granite vanity / countertop that's large enough to accommodate an adjacent sitting area. A huge freestanding soaking tub remains separate from the shower—we really made the most of this space without having to make major structural changes. Black hex tile with white grout covers the floor.

This adorable beach cottage is in the heart of the village of La Jolla in San Diego. The goals were to brighten up the space and be the perfect beach get-away for the client whose permanent residence is in Arizona. Some of the ways we achieved the goals was to place an extra high custom board and batten in the great room and by refinishing the kitchen cabinets (which were in excellent shape) white. We created interest through extreme proportions and contrast. Though there are a lot of white elements, they are all offset by a smaller portion of very dark elements. We also played with texture and pattern through wallpaper, natural reclaimed wood elements and rugs. This was all kept in balance by using a simplified color palate minimal layering. I am so grateful for this client as they were extremely trusting and open to ideas. Our client makes travel documentaries of the couple's adventures so she needed plenty of space for 2 monitors as well as much storage as possible. This gorgeous two tone office is the result! The walnut gives the space depth and warmth white the high gloss white cabinetry helps bounce all the light around the space.

This bathroom was completely remodeled with an all white colour scheme complete with a mixture of various marble types. Marble includes a pattern of carra marble, venato marble and callacatta marble. We sourced a home depot white freestanding vanity cabinet and placed a custom made carrara marble counter on top of it with undermount oval sinks.
