All of the drapery panels throughout the main level of the house were hand embroidered down the leading of edge of the ivory linen face panels with this moorish inspired pattern. A natural, open weave, sheer fabric is attached to the backs of the panels, exposed at the leading edges. This application adds lovely texture from the outside of the home, softening the ivory and blending with the stone and stucco exterior.

We designed the driveway to have precast concrete pavers with a wet cast paver edging. A granite curb laid level with pavers for additional strength. The entire driveway is not heated for winter. New bluestone step treads are added and narrow grooves are cut underneath so we could also heat the steps and landings. New bluestone wall caps are added as well as LED wall lights, steps lights and under the wall caps. A new handrail was also added for safety and ease. We added a steel decorative trench drain to collect the snow run-off as it melts.

This project shows the remodel of a small 1950's vintage home master bathroom. 8"" x 18" Calcutta gold marble tile was used on the shower walls and floor wall base and ceramic gray penny tile on the floor. Shower includes curbless pan / floor, dual shower boxes, frameless glass slider, trough duel fixture sink and chrome fixtures.

Location: New York, NY, United States This Loft was tastefully renovated back in the '90s, but was due for an update and an expansion of the kitchen and dining areas to accommodate the client's cooking skills and entertaining needs. EnlargIing the island and adding cabinetry to delineate the office, bar and dining areas was a priority. The bathroom was updated to feel like a tranquil spa with beautiful new tile, plumbing fixtures and cabinets. This home was built in the late 1790's as a typical Virginia farmhouse. They purchased the home about 6 years ago with a dream of making it their own with personal, authentic details. Those they could not skimp on. After researching to find that we (Timberlane Inc) makes custom, functional shutters they took it to their advantage and built their own set of shutters painted with a custom color and personalized with a custom cut-out. They know that not another home has the same exact shutters as they do, and that makes our home unique.
