By adding cabinetry, drawers, shelving, and a sink the storage was doubled and organized for this at home artist.
Inspiration for a small timeless laminate floor and brown floor walk-in closet remodel in Charleston with raised-panel cabinets and medium tone wood cabinets

The owner's initial goal was to remove the soffits and update their older kitchen. At the initial meeting, with the owner's, we checked the soffits and found that they held structural beams and could not be removed. The owner's chose the plan to continue with the update of their kitchen. We began by laying out, and framing the new location of the doorway, to the dining room, to increase the length of the wall and accommodate their larger, new, commercial range. Next, a wire chase was installed from behind the television into the base cabinet, to enclose the wiring for a more appealing, clean look. New recessed lights, under cabinet lights, and pendant lights illuminate the entire new kitchen, accenting beauty as well as function. Note the brick pattern, glass, Subway tile back splash, enhancing the wall over the range. Crown molding was installed to finish the ceiling perimeter. Closet - traditional light wood floor and beige floor closet idea in Toronto

This completely customized kitchen was built to perfection with the collaboration of our clients interior designer and contractor. Typical 1/8" spacing between all doors, drawer fronts and built in appliances made for a clean, contemporary look. The 9-step custom textured finish process on the doors allowed us to match perfectly the sample supplied by the interior designer. And the walnut veneer island was a nice contrasting accent to the painted cabinets. This highly customized kitchen also included special features like the Aventos door lift hardware and Hafele Magic Corner II blind corner pullout. Similarly we included a butlers pantry and bar as well as an upstairs bar. Special bathroom features included a mens bath vanity, women's bath vanity, guest bath vanity, powder room and upstairs bath.

All of the equipment works seamlessly with the URC TRC-1080 universal remote controller that DTV provided and programmed for the client so that it could perform all of his favorite functions. One of the great features of the easy-to-use TRC-1080 that worked particularly well for this gaming room installation is quick-connect Wi-Fi. DTV wasn‘t done yet. We supplied and installed a complete Lutron Radio RA-2 lighting control system, including Lutron RRD6CL dimmers in the basement. This allows the client to control his all lights from an app on his phone or the TRC-1080 remote control, or by asking Amazon Alexa to do it for him. Additionally, we programmed the system for full “scene” control, so if the client presses “Play Game” on his remote the TV, Sonos audio and gaming system will all turn on, and the lights will dim to 20%. A week after DTV Installations finished the work, the client called – not because of a problem but because he was so thrilled with the URC controller that he wanted two more, for his home theater and his family room. We were delighted to come back and set up the extra controllers, and he was delighted with the work done by DTV Installations.
