About Us

Closet Organizing Systems is a manufacturer of custom-designed closet and cabinetry storage systems for residential and commercial applications. We make a variety of closet systems, locker systems, book shelving, built-in style casework, garage storage cabinetry, custom offices spaces, and entertainment centers. We manufacture and install our products using a variety of melamine, plastic laminate, domestic and exotic wood veneers species. We also offer products made from environmentally-friendly materials that are EPP-Certified. We utilize CAD cabinetry software technology to design and release our manufactured parts and component parts directly to our CNC controlled wood working machinery. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality workmanship, superior materials, and personalized service on every project. Whatever your closet organization and storage needs, we have the closet system that will work for you, manufacturing, designing, and installing custom closets in the Chicago area.

Love my new closet system from Closing Organizing Systems. Cynthia (my sales rep) was super fantastic and top rate. She really took the time to understand my goals and wants with the closet and carefully measured and re-measured. John, the installer, was a true professional and did a fantastic and wonderful job. We had a wonderful experience with this company. The designer was prompt and was quick in getting us the designs for review. The pricing was clear. There was no attempt to upsell anything. We did not exprience any sort of pressure salesmanship. The installer did a great job. The installer adhered to the promised timeline. We could not be happier with the finished product. I would unreservedly recommend them to anyone.

Marcia was our designer, and she was wonderful to work with! Professional from the start, flexible, and always receptive and responsive. The installers were great as well, always arriving within the designated window. They were also professional and friendly! We can't wait to do our pantry and nursery closet! We had an amazing experience with COS in creating a fun and functional craft room! I Would hire again. Designer was amazing to work with, she had so many great suggestions. Install team was professional, polite and did great work! worth every penny! one of my favorite features of my new craft room is the work island in a tricky bay window location, with windows almost to the floor.

I had emailed several companies for an estimate and these guys got back to me first! Rich, the designer, is super knowledgeable, easy to work with and works fast. Designing closets can get overwhelming but Rich was patient and also gave good suggestions. Scheduling for an installation was quick and easy as well, and I'm super happy with their installation service. They had initially estimated two days for installation but John, the installer, did it in one day! He was very courteous and professional, and just overall great! I went with COS over the competition because they're thorough, fast and easy to work with. The product ended up amazing as well, so I'll definitely be using them again.

The product was just what I ordered. Bob was the salesman who was not high-pressure and presented a fair price - which won him the job. All my questions were answered promptly. Justin performed the install. He was on-time, curteous and professional, and his work was impeccable and left the space totally clean. The closet looks gorgeous and functions extremely well. Exceptional workmanship and quality. The closet project came out exactly as we had hoped for and its perfect! the experience was professional from start to finish.
