Jack Korlann. Solid Apollo LED. In this beautiful under cabinet lighting installation, our customer wanted to bring subtle lighting to his recently renovated kitchen area. Here Warm White High Brightness LED Strip Light was carefully placed under each cabinet area. In each of the pictures, you can see how this subtle amount of light adds another element without overpowering the carefully chosen colors and tones from the rest of the elements in the kitchen. The 5-Zone wireless remote control dimmer was used and as several of the pictures show, the lights can be brought down to 10% of their brightness, for incredibly gentle mood lighting, and even works great as a night light. To connect the LED Strip Lights together, matching Snap&Lite Interconnectors and Power Adapters were used, and the power supply, receiver and other accessories were carefully tucked away in the cabinets.

There was much more to this system. On the opposite side of the room there is a bar, where we installed a satellite Sonos Soundbar, wireless subwoofer and remote control system. A Key Digital HDMI 4K matrix switch and cables were used to connect all sources along with Key Digital HDMI over Cat5e 4K converters, Sonos Connect was installed to stream music from the system throughout the house, and high-end Panamax power protection and filters were included in the system as well. Finally, we added a Lutron RadioRA2 lighting control system, which along with all of the video and audio components were controllable via a Total Control MRX-10 Advanced Network Controller system with TRC-1080 universal remotes or by smartphone.

Sonos Connects were used to wirelessly distribute the audio, which are powered by NAD distributed audio amplifiers and the Sonance in-ceiling speakers. After nearly eight years, it was time to perform a "technology remodel" on this home. We upgraded nearly every facet of the system, including new TVs, lift mechanisms, audio/video equipment, lighting controls, and a slick new Apple based automation and control system. The client now has simple control of nearly all the technology in their home from an iPad, iPhone, or wireless remote. We also included bullet-proof WiFi and a robust computer network, so they can enjoy ultra-fast internet and seamless connections throughout the home.

A 96 inch sofa and 72 inch loveseat in all-weather wicker and Sunbrella fabric on a large outdoor rug anchor the space, and connect visually to the adjacent cooking and entertaining areas. Wirelessly integrated audio-video equipment allows mobile control of technology, which includes outdoor speakers, television and music system. Remote controlled ceiling fans and dimmable outdoor lighting lend practicality to nighttime ambiance.

This expansive backyard includes (12) landscape speakers built into the yard with (2) buried subwoofers to provide incredible audio for entertainment as well as coverage for those close to the home or towards the back, surrounding the pool. The loggia has (2) outdoor rated, in-ceiling speakers to provide more coverage while maintaining the elegant, clean look. To ensure the homeowners had the ability to easily control the system from their mobile devices, outdoor-rated wireless access points were installed so accessing the internet was easy and they have a reliable connection for guests as well.

The custom designed cabinet was the perfect choice to unify the contrast of the white cabinets with the newly darkened wood floors and the new table and chairs. This cabinet was designed and created for my clients’ specific storage needs in mind and included custom features like a hidden charging compartment for their wireless devices. DJ Aquatica Bluetooth Hi-Fi Audio System is a stand-alone product that can be connected directly to an iPhone/IPad or any other Bluetooth-equipped smartphone. Alternatively, we offer a version that integrates with our Aquatica Advanced Bath & Spa Controller via RS485 serial cable and can be controlled by our wireless keypad.

How do you transform your front entry? This door and two sidelite installation replaced a smooth steel entry door and two sidelites with a textured woodgrain steel entry door in a mahogany stain finish. The before and after photos are quite striking! Some key details... ✅ The new jamb is clad in brown to match the woodgrain stain ✅ The old threshold was a mill finish which was replaced with a bronze threshold to match the woodgrain ✅ The lockset is a wireless, smart deadbolt with code access and app connectivity! It has built-in alarm technology, highest industry ratings for residential security, durability and finish, and can schedule access codes for guests so they only enter when you want! ✅ The aged bronze lock finish matches the threshold and compliments both the woodgrain finish and decorative glass Someone's curb appeal just went through the roof!

Their media system was AT&T Uverse-based, cluttering the living room with 5 separate components, 3 remotes, and multiple cables. We replaced AT&T with Comcast for high speed internet including the cable modem and wireless antenna, increasing their wireless download speed from 24 to 175 Mbps. On the opposite wall, we installed PowerBridge recessed cable management outlets to run cables behind the wall, hung their television on a Sanus super-low profile fixed TV mount, connected an Apple TV HD, and set them with YouTube TV. Result, one cable modem/wifi antenna and one small Apple TV box.

Solid Apollo LED. The owner of this kitchen wanted to bring extra light to the counter tops without ruining the look of the from the renovation of the kitchen area. LED strip lights and matching connectors were used to create a clean and simple installation. The color used is warm white, to compliment the tan and brown colors already used throughout the kitchen. Snap and lite interconnectors were used at each of the corners for quick solder-less connections. A Micro LED Dimmer was hidden under the lip of the undercabinet for a hidden switch to turn the lights on and off and also to fully dim them.
