Mission District Restaurant I designed with custom metal cut out sign- it was a Paella Restaurant before its time! A restaurant is really just a big kitchen that many people use. The key is to create an atmosphere that makes people want to pay to eat out (and to have good food!). This kitchen was done on a show string budget.
