Change Your Bathroom©The goal of this project was to upgrade the builder grade finishes and create an ergonomic space that had a contemporary feel. This bathroom transformed from a standard, builder grade bathroom to a contemporary urban oasis. This was one of my favorite projects, I know I say that about most of my projects but this one really took an amazing transformation. By removing the walls surrounding the shower and relocating the toilet it visually opened up the space. Creating a deeper shower allowed for the tub to be incorporated into the wet area. Adding a LED panel in the back of the shower gave the illusion of a depth and created a unique storage ledge. A custom vanity keeps a clean front with different storage options and linear limestone draws the eye towards the stacked stone accent wall.

The layout of this bathroom was opened up to get rid of the hallway effect, being only 7 foot wide, this bathroom needed all the width it could muster. Using light flooring in the form of natural lime stone 12x24 tiles with a linear pattern, it really draws the eye down the length of the room which is what we needed. Then, breaking up the space a little with the stone pebble flooring in the shower, this client enjoyed his time living in Japan and wanted to incorporate some of the elements that he appreciated while living there. The dark stacked stone feature wall behind the tub is the perfect backdrop for the LED panel, giving the illusion of a window and also creates a cool storage shelf for the tub. A narrow, but tasteful, oval freestanding tub fit effortlessly in the back of the shower. With a sloped floor, ensuring no standing water either in the shower floor or behind the tub, every thought went into engineering this Atlanta bathroom to last the test of time. With now adequate space in the shower, there was space for adjacent shower heads controlled by Kohler digital valves. A hand wand was added for use and convenience of cleaning as well. On the vanity are semi-vessel sinks which give the appearance of vessel sinks, but with the added benefit of a deeper, rounded basin to avoid splashing. Wall mounted faucets add sophistication as well as less cleaning maintenance over time. The custom vanity is streamlined with drawers, doors and a pull out for a can or hamper.
A wonderful project and equally wonderful client. I really enjoyed working with this client and the creative direction of this project.

Michael Nash Design, Build & HomesLED recess lights, large scale pendent lights, indirect and direct lighting spruced us this kitchen that has large scale appliances, such as a large fridge, charging station, ice maker fridge and lots of glass break front cabinetry, big serving islands, such as a large L-shape parameter island with seating capacity of eight with yet a large middle island with big counter, prep sink, microwave and steps away from the massive professional stove. A large scale decorative hood over the gorgeously laid stone tile back-splash and pot filler have created the main focal point for this kitchen.

We opted for a classic inspired bathroom with literally "splashes" of fun for these little girls. The triple laundry sink serves the 3 children nicely with it's deep basin and built in soap holders. Simplicity was key when selecting a class marble hex floor tile and white subway tile for the bulk of the room - but then we had a little fun with the colorful glass mosaic tile in the tub niche. Handblown locally made light fixtures from Dan Spitzer over the sink keep my signature of "local and handmade" alive.
Bullseye Wood Specialties, L.L.CWet bar features glass cabinetry with glass shelving to showcase the owners' alcohol collection, a paneled Sub Zero wine frig with glass door and paneled drawers, arabesque glass tile back splash and a custom crystal stemware cabinet with glass doors and glass shelving. The wet bar also has up lighting at the crown and under cabinet lighting, switched separately and operated by remote control.

Spaces RenewedAll of the cuts in the tile were deliberate. Notice the equal reveal on either side of the soap niche. A rectangular soap niche is not only modern and unique, but also has a much higher storage capacity than the traditional small square recess. The pony wall provides separation and privacy and also is able to support the long floating bench across the back wall.

Karla Trincanello, CID, Interior Decisions, Inc.I was asked to update and design a new kitchen for my New Jersey client who has a home in Boca Raton. The project involved expanding the existing ranch and design a contemporary white kitchen. Below are the results of incorporating not only fine Italian cabinetry from a local Boca showroom but also a juxtaposition of textures and colors. Selecting the CeasarStone blue agate made the difference of a spectacular kitchen creating an artistic approach for the 14 ft island. The blue agate is imbedded within the white quarts counter. The wall cabinetry is a plethora of storage and so interesting with it's Post & Lintel dark wood frame design that plays with contrasts/ Shapes and textures abound with each interesting aspect like the irregular shaped back splash indispersed with mother of pearl mosaics. the client wanted a one of a kind chandelier and we designed it for her incorporating good functional and LED ambient lighting.

Amy Storm & CompanyThis is a SMALL bathroom with a lot of punch! The double sink was painted black on the base to tie into the black accents on the floor. The subway tile was added to protect the space and make it super kid proof, since this is the bathroom closest to the pool!

ED Enterprises, Inc.The owners wanted to not only update their kitchen, but rather enhance the space and create a thing of beauty. We were excited to work with them in their goal.
So the space was 'gutted', saving the existing hardwood flooring, which was later refinished.
The existing windows and doors were replaced and resized. Note the window seat that was framed and finished with cabinet panels under the kitchen windows.
A larger beautiful island was added, which provides additional seating, as well.
The existing simple desk area was transformed with a stunning custom buffet.
The owners wanted two types of tile back splash. Our skilled craftsman installed the brick pattern back splash near the sink, and the unique design back splash in the cooking area. As you can see, the results are breathtaking, and the owners were thrilled.
A new custom Butler Pantry was installed with under cabinet lighting, glass doors, and a unique pattern tile back splash, creating a focal point as they entertain.

Drury DesignThe concept of a modern design was created through the use of two-toned acrylic Grabill cabinets, stainless appliances, quartz countertops and a glass tile backsplash.
The simple stainless hood installed in front of large format Porcelanosa tile creates a striking focal point, while a monochromatic color palette of grays and whites achieve the feel of a cohesive and airy space.
Additionally, ample amounts of artificial light, was designed to keep this kitchen bright and inviting.

Modern NestThis home was a sweet 30's bungalow in the West Hollywood area. We flipped the kitchen and the dining room to allow access to the ample backyard.
The design of the space was inspired by Manhattan's pre war apartments, refined and elegant.
The back splash is a striped marble tile and the rounded open shelving softens the edge and is what you would find in a 30's style home.
