Chris and Jim not only know the ins and outs of construction, but also can point you in the first direction for financing those renovations to make your home your dream home.

We worked with 1 Creation Construction over the course of about 6 months from planning to finish. They completed for us a major house remodel including new roof, siding, stone wall, deck, kitchen, sun-room addition and other interior upgrades. The quality of the work they do is top notch and from start to finish had a great working relationship. All of the employees onsite were respectful as we lived through the renovation. We are completely satisfied and now thanks to 1 Creation Construction we are truly living in our dream home. As I write this review we have plans underway to begin a bathroom remodel with them and can say that we will trust them with any future upgrades.

Chris and 1 Creation did not do any construction for me. In my opinion, they saved me! I had Chris out to talk about several potential quotes for doing large additions and renovations to my home. Chris was extremely friendly and very knowledgable. Even MORE importantly though, he was honest! Chris gave me the facts, gave me time to consider a decision, and actually helped my family make the decision to move. This cost Chris money, as we decided against renovating based on his advice, BUT gained him an absolute customer in the future. If I ever need any work done, I AM COMING TO CHRIS, and you should too!

1 Creation Construction delivered, installed and wildly exceeded my expectations. I now realize they were "Partners" in my remodeling as opposed to sales people trying to make a quick buck and move on. Netnet: They actually cared about the Customer, the work and the end result. I am a demanding Customer. I approached my kitchen remodeling as if it were a large project at work. I did my diligence on 1 Creation which revealed they had VERY satisfied Customers and were known in the industry for quality. Chris was my salesperson, far more like an experienced consultant and partner in the endeavor. . Chris made suggestions but also did not try to deviate too far from my original plans and budget. Chris has a very soft sell/do what is best for the Customer style. He promptly emailed me a quote which I evaluated with the other quotes. Unlike the other vendors Chris responded quickly if not immediately to my numerous requests for clarifications, adjustments and changes. I decided to give the job to 1 Creation. I still had my guard up when the 1 Creation team showed up to do the work. I figured this is where I would start running into problems and extra costs as I had with other companies doing similar work in previous homes. That did NOT happen. The Installers/Artists made a few suggestions which changed my remodel into a piece of artwork. For example Steve and James found a backsplash which was different from my original choice, brought it to the house and after showing it to me I said "that's it". Their suggestions tied the whole room together and I couldn't be happier for their input and exceptional work. I work from my home and had anticipated this project was going to be a noisy distraction. Not the case. The team worked like church mice. I made more noise and was more of a distraction to their work. 1 Creation also did additional non-kitchen work on the lighting and exterior of the home. All flawless, approved and all better than my initial concepts. The bottomline: 1 Creation exceeded my expectations and provided me with a beautiful kitchen... ALL UNDER BUDGET. It should come as no surprise 1 Creation will get ALL of my business in the future. BRAVO 1 Creation.

Great company and great people! 1 Creation finished my basement and did an outstanding job making my dark basement into an amazing addition to our home. Since then I have had them come back several times for additional work, not to mention several neighbors have used them since seeing the work they did on my house.

These guys are true professionals! The most recent job they did for me was my kitchen this past winter (they also did my roof in the summer of 2012). They listened attentively to my vision and made it into a reality. I'm absolutely in love with my kitchen!!! It's the focal point of my house and where everyone gathers! 1 creation construction stands by their work and will address any service issues right away. Needless to say I've had nothing but great experiences with these guys... in fact I plan on hiring them for my next future project - re-doing my upstairs bathroom!

True professionals who follow up with their work. As a software engineer who works for the federal government, I was amazed at the detailed reports, itemized estimates, and supporting documents that this company was able to provide. These guys stand head and shoulders above their competors and are definitely the company you want in your corner when dealing with insurance companies and dealing with insurance claims. I can't emphasize enough how detailed their reports rival some engineering firms I have worked with. As someone who does not write to many reviews, I can say writing a review for 1 Creation Construction has been a pleasure. Highly recommended!

1 Creation Construction is a company I highly recommend because of the quality of the work that was done in the kitchen and the professionalism and knowledge they have. I used 1 Creation for a complete kitchen remodel. All new appliances, which the suggestions given for which to go with and why, I was very pleased with the new placements and installations. The work done was customized to my needs and wants of a dream kitchen. The countertops and sink ideas came out better at completion than I imagined. The cabinets now are updated and go great with the design and layout. Thanks again for the easy and flawless transition to a new kitchen which any remodel can be stressful but this was a breeze and the complete remodel a success!
