We could not be happier with the home entertainment and sound system installed by Jay and his team. From the very moment he met with us to discuss the project, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. My encounter with 20/20 Evolution systems has been extraordinary and truly unlike any other experience that I have had with a high end audio business. Jay Truitt, the owner of the company, is an electrical engineer, and literally understands high end audio unlike anyone else in the business. It is no wonder that he has consistently won at various HiFi audio competitions over the years. Rather than just selling hifi equipment, Jay gets to truly understand your audio needs and he can upgrade your current system to another level by changing internal components, or he can get you into a new system that will have you amazed as to how audio can sound so realistic. Just when I thought I was ready to give up on high end audio, Jay has exceeded my expectation by a huge margin. Aside from his audio expertise, Jay also happens to be one of the nicest persons that I have met. If you are considering an investment in your enjoyment of listening to music, you should absolutely consider 20/20 Evolution Systems.

Jay and I first met in 2015. We started working towards my theater project for my new home to be delivered in 2016. The project was very complicated, could possibly be compared to a research almost. Jay never lost hope and stayed close to the discussed budget. The project got delayed due to many complications and unreasonable requirements as well as lack of vendor support, but was delivered 100% true to the original vision. It’s also worth mentioning that after 5 yrs of regular use, not one component of the project has failed and continuous to deliver the same experience as its first day of use. Jay is not your run of the mill ordinary home theater guy, he is capable of building stuff that is presented in big CEDIA like shows. Go to him with your most unusual home theater dream and watch it become a reality.

I cannot say enough kind things about Jay and the team at 20/20 Evo Systems. Jay is one of the rare few who cares more about customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships over eking out every last penny of profit on a deal. In this day and age of transactions over relationships, that is a rare thing and very much appreciated! I was a little nervous about buying a high-end rack sourced overseas from someone I had never done business with before, but Jay exceeded my expectations at every turn. When something did go sideways (due to the distributor) Jay was there to ensure I was taken care of. This company comes with my highest recommendation and I can’t overstate enough the value in having a trusted partner for all of your high-end audio needs!

I wanted to upgrade my Media Room setup to the next level and early 2019, I started my search to identify a provider for this project. While I was about to finalize, Jay from 20/20 Evolution Systems reached out. Jay came in immediately and spent a good hour or so to understand the current setup, what my expectations were, budget considerations and aspects were I was open-minded to take alternate options and/or suggestions. Based on the information gathered, he worked out a plan and the journey started. Almost 3 years since I started working with 20/20 Evolution Systems, I am more than glad that I went with Jay. There is a night and day difference between what I had and what I am enjoying now. One thing Jay doesn't do or isn't good at is that he doesn't push the customer at anytime. He accepts and understands the budget constraints and comes up with solutions that works within the financial boundaries but delivers a whole different level of quality. So far Jay has completed 4 major projects in my place - Rewiring the room for ATMOS setup, 1st round of upgrades (On the wall to In Wall speakers, 4k setup with Projector & Receivers, 120" to 135" screen), Sound Treatment using Art Novion products and finally, the 2nd round of upgrades (moving to AV separates). Given the dimensions of my Media Room, there were challenges every step of the way and Jay was ready for it. Jay & his team are very friendly and provide great customer service - Customer Satisfaction is very important for this team and their customer service levels are at a very high level compared to other providers. Jay has good rapport with Equipment Dealers and manages to get really good deals on Equipment as well. On top of all this, Jay is very passionate about Clean Power and his advice on gear to get clean power to equipment to improve the quality is very true. I would very strongly recommend Jay Truitt & his team for any AV work as he is passionate about this. You can definitely trust him to work wonders to provide you with a high quality system. I have a good friend in Jay now and would always leverage his expertise for any of my future AV project upgrades.

Jay Truitt of 2020 evolution as others have noted is truly a rare professional audio dealer in this industry.I own a pair of Kharma speakers that I had bought used and had trouble getting them correctly placed.Jay was kind enough to guide me through the whole process via the phone over several conversations . I’ve never met Jay nor have I purchased anything from him and yet he provided me that service without a fee .My system sounds so much better now . I had some issues in my audio system requiring diagnosis, and then the evaluation and installation of a new amplifier and cables which I bought from 20/20 Evolution Systems. Jay Truitt was absolutely first rate in terms of knowledge, enthusiasm for high end audio, and diligence beyond the call of duty, in getting my system improved and up and running. Also he is a pleasure to deal with personally.

On the very first conversation with Jay Truitt, he exclaimed that regardless of my end result purchase, one thing he promised is he would deliver 3 things; a fair price, great advice and above all, world class old school customer service. Initially, I had a very specific goal. I was desirous of designing a system for a family room. It quickly morphed into a six figure system in a newly framed out dedicated listening room.
