Working with Erin was easy and fun. She was great at listening to our vision, adding her suggestions, and helping make it a reality. When we would get stuck on a decision, she was great about stepping in with great ideas and never led us in the wrong direction. Erin has an easy and calm approach to working with clients. She never stressed about anything, even when things got crazy. Remodeling an entire first floor could have been very stressful, but with Erin there was never a problem too big. My husband and I hired Erin to help us figure out what to do with our condo when we decided to renovate it. Initially, the project was really about the kitchen and bathrooms but (as it often does when you get going) the scope expanded to include the rest of the place. And Erin was instrumental in helping us figure out the possibilities. We were really overwhelmed with the idea of all the things we'd have to decide before construction started, but Erin calmly and patiently steered us through the entire process of selecting literally everything from new floors to new fixtures to paint, wallpaper and furniture. The best thing was that she really spent time understanding our taste and helping us maybe expand our horizons and perhaps use some color (LOL!) I'd have never thought I'd want wallpaper in a bathroom before this and it turned out beautifully. I am including some photos of how it turned out in the end (sans final furniture and wall decor) and wish I had some good "before" photos so you can understand the dramatic difference Erin helped us make. I cannot recommend her enough!

Erin helped my wife and I design a nursery for our daughter prior to her birth. She provided great help in choosing everything from paint colors to furniture and decorations, tying it all together with a great color scheme and style that fit within our budget. We were thrilled with the result. That was about four and a half years ago and the best testament I can give to Erin's great work is that after all that time we are still delighted with the room.

31E Designs was an essential part of our main floor renovation from start to finish! We could not have done it without her! We loved working with Erin! We had never worked with an interior designer before, and Erin was super patient and flexible. Our initial plan of "just give us a floor plan and some design guidance" went so well that we kept asking her for additional services. She put together mood board options for each room, showing combinations of pieces and fabrics. She shopped online for us to help us stay within our budget, and once we'd decided what to get she sent a detailed list of pieces and links for where to buy them. I hadn't shopped online before for furniture and Erin was was right, it was easy and we were happy with the quality we received. She was always cheerful and was an excellent communicator about estimated time and costs for her services and very considerate of our budget. We were SO happy we hired her. :-)
