Third Space Builders, LLC.

We worked on a 6-figure patio build with Third space - their construction work failed on so many different levels, resulting in a defected patio that was sloped improperly (3+ inches off) and needed a complete reconstruction. After attempting to correct their faulty work (and charging us thousands more to fix work that they did incorrectly) the patio was still sloped incorrectly- causing severe flooding at our home’s foundation and mold growth across the patio. After being ignored by Third space, we ended up hiring a completely new company (had multiple quotes from reputable companies - all saying the same thing, slope and grade was done completely incorrectly) to fix the damage - to complete a full releveling of the entire patio, and add in a proper drainage system that third space failed to do. We’ve spent thousands ($$$$$) of dollars and countless hours correcting this faulty work. The damage continues though because their electrician (another sub contractor) failed to seal the holes he drilled into our foundation for the electrical work, which caused a severe flood in our basement in which the fire department was called because water was pouring over the electrical panels. We reached out to third space to inform them of the flooding and water pooling (a mini patio pool we didn’t ask for), and they ignored us. Our home flooded and they ignored us…this is our experience. We called, we emailed, we texted, we sent photos of our flood and they ignored us. Is this acceptable? No. We have spent a significant chunk of money fixing their poor work and I hope no one else has to go through this. They will not do the right thing when it comes down to it from a human perspective (ignoring a customer after their home floods), and from a workmanship perspective, they hire sub contractors that are simply not experts in their craft. There is some standard of work that one would expect for a project like this, and to have that fall so far beneath that is disappointing to say the least. Avoid this company, I hope no one else wastes their hard earned money in the same way we did.

We contracted with Third Space Builders to screen in the deck in the back of our house. Due to prior remodels, the existing roof lines presented a potential problem and we weren’t sure enclosing the area would even be possible. Working with Brandon and Taylor, they came up with a design (and beautiful accompanying drawings) that addressed our major goals. Several iterations of the drawings later we agreed on an approach that met all of our needs. The actual build project was managed on-site by Jason and he was a real pleasure to work with. All of the workers were very professional, the job-site was kept neat and orderly, and we were provided with daily status updates (with photos!) that kept us fully appraised of the actual progress. Jason did a great job and was very responsive to all of our questions and ideas and the project was completed within a few days of the original estimate! We couldn’t be happier with our new screened in porch and will not hesitate to engage with Third Space again for our next project!

The patio design and materials were great, captured our preferences well. Taylor, our primary contact, was excellent. Her communications were prompt and helpful. Jesus was a standout in the construction team – expert, hard-working and quick to resolve on-site issues. We’re delighted with the final result!

Third Space Builders just completed our screened porch to 3 season room conversion. Brandon and Taylor really listened to our input on the look of the final product. They understood our vision and were valuable in making design suggestions. Will C. was wonderful in managing the project and is a fine craftsman. His attention to detail was impressive and the finished product reflects it. Will's positive "can do" attitude to our questions and requests made us grateful to have him on the job. Our interactions with executives, Wesley and Richard Graham, were very positive and refreshing. We would highly recommend Third Space Builders.

Third Space did a fantastic job with my project. They were great to work with through the entire project, from planning it with me through completion. It turned out extremely nice.

Wonderful master bathroom transformation in our home! Easy to work with, gave us great design ideas, and amazing end product!

Third space builders recently completed a loft conversion to a 4th bedroom and a building of a home office for us. We could not be happier with them. They were on time, on budget and met all of our expectations. They were very professional from the design phase through the final sign off and we would highly recommend that anyone that is looking for a home project with professional expertise to reach out and work with them.

Excellent service from start to finish, no detail too small, always professional and responsive. The quality of work is beyond reproach and the project management team always checks and signs off that any completed work meets their (very) high standards, before asking for your sign off. I would recommend Third Space without hesitation!

Very happy with our screen room designed by Dustin. Very responsive to any questions or issues. Highly recommend them for any project.

My wife and I hired Third Space to build a lower level bar and we cannot overstate how happy we are with the finished product. Dustin was the lead on the project and was great to work with, as were Joe, Wes and the others who were involved. The construction process took place with minimal disruption (there were times when they were so quiet you would not even have known they were there!) and everyone was always courteous and professional. The team was very conscientious about cleaning up at the end of the day and the quality of workmanship was great. In short, no complaints at all. We definitely would recommend this company and will use them again on any future projects.

Third Space Builders was a dream to work with. Dustin does a great job walking you all aspects of the project and what to expect. Brandon was amazing as the project manager -- was always over with his team and making sure everything looked great. Was no problem to point out fixes on final punch out -- and the team went over and above to fix and make us happy! Can't wait to use them again on our next project!

I decided to use Third Space Builders after driving by one of their job sites where they were constructing a house addition/deck. I had a rear entry door off of my deck that was in very bad shape and needed replacement (no maintenance from previous owner). I knew that the job would likely involve some siding/flashing work, and probably some structural work as well. From previous reviews, it seemed like Third Space was a quality company that could easily handle this job. I was pleased with the entire process. Every person I spoke to, including Richard (owner), Dustin, and Brandon (project manager), was pleasant and courteous. While it took a bit of time between quoting and project start, once the job was underway, Brandon worked efficiently. I appreciated the fact that he kept the work area neat and organized, both inside and outside. Communication was good during the door replacement, and Brandon even handled a couple of small requests (outside of project scope) without questions. The finish work on the replaced door and frame is great (paint, threshold, trim – all great). Based on my experience, I would use Third Space Builders again. I think they typically handle larger (pricier) jobs than mine, but this was a good opportunity for me to see their work on a smaller scale. I will definitely be using them for my first big renovation project, whether that’s an outdoor living space, or a bathroom or kitchen renovation.
