Guy Floyd of Creative Customer Builders built us a fabulous home. Guy was deeply involved in the design phase of our home and save us a lot of construction expense. Guy was also involved in selection of all fixtures and materials, again saving us expense. Guy has outstanding subs that performed excellent work. It was truly a pleasurable building experience and Mr. Floyd was actively involved on a daily basis. We have built four new homes over the past 25 years and this was by far the best building experience. We would not hesitate to build with Custom Creative Builders again. We love our new home and recommend Custom Creative Builders without reservation.

We fell in love with the design and quality of workmanship of the Creative Custom Builder homes a few years ago and contacted Guy Floyd to plan and build a custom home that met all of our requirements. It's now 4 years after completion of our home and we were in no doubt whom to contact when we decided to start our second house project. One of the most important things to us is to work with someone we can absolute trust and have confidence in, and Guy always seems to have our best interests in mind from start to finish. A building process of this size is rarely without hick-ups, but every issue has always been dealt with promptly. Even today, several years after completion of our first home, if we have a simple question or need help with some minor problem, Guy goes out of his way to accommodate our needs.

I had the ability to select any builder since I purchased my lot separately. I interviewed at least 3 builders and selected Guy Floyd and Creative Custom Builders based on review of his previously built homes and the quality of the features in those homes. I basically had designed the home and used a draftsman to draw the plans. Guy worked with me to make changes based on what he felt would be added benefits and features of the design. Perhaps the strongest attributes of Guy Floyd is his honesty and patience during the process.
