We hired Spencer to tear down our rotting wood front porch railings and column wraps and replace them with PVC type materials. He worked diligently to complete the project in one day by himself. True to his company’s name, he was meticulous in every aspect of the job. He drilled into our brick stairs without cracking them, realigned one of the vertical support posts so that the stair railings would be square, and made our decorative porch columns into true support structures capable of supporting the porch roof. At the end of the day, he wiped down all PVC surfaces leaving them clean from dust and grit. He left our front porch cleaner than it was before he arrived! My husband and I were extremely pleased with the quality of Spencer’s work. We highly recommend him and we look forward to working with him again in the future!
