We worked with Brooke to completely renovate our living room, kitchen, dining room and kids' bathroom. My husband and I both work full time, so Brooke was a huge help from planning and designing to executing and managing the complete remodel, which came in under budget and on time (8 weeks!). We absolutely will work with Brooke again for Phase 2 next year and have referred her to several friends and neighbors. You hear about awful experiences during renovations, but ours was the opposite. Highly, highly recommend Brooke for any home project -- big or small.

Brooke obtained all certifications required for a professional designer, but she knows much more than design. She is extremely knowledgeable of all details of construction, as much as any general contractor. This additional skill makes her designs not only more beautiful, but practical in their construction. She has an uncanny knack for understanding my likes and dislikes and implementing them to final construction. She has sources for any type of "normal" or "unusual" concepts that I think of, and I've given her some off the track projects. I highly recommend Brooke Sammons for any design for remodel and construction. She is the best.

Brooke designed and performed a complete remodel of the kitchen in our historic home. She guided us through every step of the process and provided us options or input for every element of the project.
