Accent on Design owner Adene Lucas is an award-winning designer with a time-tested talent for consistently creating inspired living spaces that are as unique as her clients and the lives they lead. Certified by the Canadian ReDesigners Association and a graduate of Mount Royal University’s Residential Interior Decorating and Floral Design programs, Adene meets every design challenge with passion, creativity and a genuine devotion to exceeding expectations and delighting her customers. Instructor in the Visual Arts program at the University of Calgary Bow Valley College, part time instructor for Staging Instructor for Mount Royal University design and decorating programs.

Adene helped me with the remodeling of my kitchen counters, kitchen floors and ideas for my master bedroom. She was very adept, professional and efficient to work with. I told her a baseline of what I was looking for and she came back with three very solid options for my kitchen and multiple ideas for my master bedroom. Everything was very smooth and the work and installation was booked for 2 weeks later. I highly recommend Accent on Design Inc. I was extremely pleased overall!

Adene is just the best and I highly recommend her. I have worked with her on numerous occasions over the past 10 years. Adene’s communication style is positive and she asks quality questions to get to the root of what needs to be done. Her instincts, I would say are second-to-none and she speaks her mind so if she sees something that doesn't fit, she will tell you. Adene also provides options in regards to price and she answered all my questions no-matter how silly. Really, she is refreshing to work with her. I enjoy working with Adene, cause she is confident, friendly and she is good!

Adean did an amazingly creative job at creating a warm, inviting casual atmosphere in home. The transformation was completed within three weeks of our first meeting and BONUS, in 30% under budget. Although it's now two weeks later, I still walk through my home everyday and think how happy I am with this entire experience. Highly recommended.

Adene has an amazing eye for design. Now I mean "Literally". She came into my home and while we sat to chat, her eyes scanned my home with a piqued eyebrow. Shortly, upon my "go ahead nod", Adene jumped up and flew about lije a bird just set free from her cage. Within a coupke of hours, I stood with jaw dropped as she had completely and gorgeously transformed my place! She made a short list of what I needed to buy. And poof! Like a magic fairy, she was done. Everyday, I can't wait to get home and adore awaking there.
