I have used CDL as my main source of flooring and tile for the past 13 years. They are competitive in price, have a great selection in tile and can order in area rugs in many different styles and price points. Currently' I have the best sales person I have had over the course of 13 years. She is great with my clients, very prompt when quoting and sourcing product and always a pleasure to work with.

The team at the CDL Invermere location are reliable, timely and provide a high quality of work. They have been managing several projects for me over the past year and I can not think of one thing to say that is not positive!

Peter installed carpet in our living room. He was friendly, quick, professional, and very careful to protect the surrounding areas (no outside shoes, he laid down fabric to rest his tools on, etc). He was also proud of the product, stating that the carpet was of high quality and would be easy to maintain. Well done!

Hi Kim and Kevin, Please forward this letter of appreciation to the Managers, Supervisors and Human Resources for the three gentlemen who installed our flooring on July 27th and 28th 2016. I would like to say thank you to installers whom installed our carpet at our house. This was our third project within fifteen months where we hired CDL and our expectations have been exceeded each time! It was clear the installers were seasoned and proficient in their job. The installers were accurate in their projected time lines and kept us updated on the project. It is apparent they pride themselves in their work as demonstrated in the quality of the install. This is noted by how well the carpet fit in each room, the stability of the edging and the invisible blending of the seams. Finally, the customer service was top notch as demonstrated by their warm and friendly conversation with us and attention to cleanliness when they concluded. We purchase carpet for entire basement floors. The carpet was beautiful, the service was excellent, the carpet installers were very professional. We were very please!! After a month I went back to order some areas rugs for bathroom and bedroom; some of the carpet was lost, and the service was not as friendly. So I do not know if the more you purchase the better service you get? The carpet at this store is beautiful, so I still would go there to buy carpet again. Very good quality
