The Sales person came to out home with samples of great quality windows. The whole process of sampling trough purchasing to installation was smooth with great communication and quick responsiveness from the company. Dave and his team did a great job helping me choose the right window for my home throughout the process. Their measurements were accurate and Darwin and his installers were very detailed in the installation of my windows. They were actually completed sooner than I expected. They were informative and cleaned up after themselves very well. I was even impressed by the perfect caulking and seals around the windows since I've never had a knack for doing that very well. I had the original windows replaced in my home. From start to finish I have to say I am very pleased. I had gotten estimates several years ago and was used to the typical “sales pitch”. I wasn’t going to play games and was somewhat surprised that the presentation wasn’t that way at all. When Dave was out to give me an estimate it was a very pleasant experience compared to the pushiness, etc. I encountered with other companies/salespeople in the past. I never felt rushed in making my decision, he helped with color choices (wood grain interior) and helped with the decision-making process of the outside color. I never felt he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. The installation went very smooth as well and the job was well done! I highly recommend them. I love my new windows! February 2017 Advantage Window and Door Company We had all our windows and sliding door replaced in our condo (11 windows and 1 Sliding Door). We were really impressed with the quality of the windows and that the installers were directly from their factory (where they manufacture them) and that the factory is local to Ohio. We also opted to have the trim replaced on our windows at the same time (from wood to white). We loved how the windows open from top or bottom, the tilt for cleaning on both upper and lower, and the ‘secure’ stopping feature for leaving window open a 4-5 inches (top or bottom). It took approximately 8 weeks to get our windows from measurement (measurement was done about a week or so after signing contract). An email when windows were expected to be in was received, and a call from installers, to schedule dates for installation, was done about a week before. We were fortunate to have it be 50-60 degree days in February for installation! The two installers, Darwin and Chris were very professional and cleaned up as they went from room to room. They were considerate of our dog and cat as I moved them from room to room to help accommodate the installers. They also saved an old halve moon window (I had requested when they were removing the old windows). It did take 2 days for installation but that is also because of the extra work we had requested (trim). Dave the sales manager came out the first day to check in with installers and to discuss any issue with me (there were not any) and review timeline.
