Agentis Kitchen & Bath

I called Agentis for a remodel of 2 bathrooms, to be followed by a kitchen remodel. They measured and said they would give a quote. After 2 weeks I called and was told the individual was on the phone and would call back. No call. The next week I called and was told I would have the quote by the end of the week. No quote. I called a third time, told the person answering the phone what had transpired. She said that shouldn’t happen and she would check into it. A week later and no call. Unbelievably bad customer service.

professional, thorough, respectful and have great ideas. just wish i could afford them right now and just wish they would follow up on bids so that we could negotiate scope!

I have had both my bathroom and kitchen remodeled by S. Agentis. They are fantastic to work with. Josh, who was our project manager, was completely on point with the entire job scope. Everyone treated our home with the upmost respect. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the entire project from beginning to end. When you think of remodeling and having contractors come in and out you naturally think there will be some dirt and debris left behind. However, I couldn't have been more wrong. They covered all the floors in the traffic areas and even covered our bedroom furniture each morning and uncovered at the end of the work day. They vacuumed up and took whatever debris and materials away with them each day as well. My wife did not have single complaint about the project, workers or cleanliness. We are Truly impressed how smooth the project was handled all the way through. I will highly recommend working with S. Agentis Kitchen and Bath Innovations. Thanks again for a job well done!!!

After having both worked with and having spoken to clients of this company, I have come to the conclusion that their work is of the highest quality and integrity that they display from beginning to end of a project is evident. I would highly recommend using them for any of your plumbing needs or dealing with them on a professional level.

I was referred to S. Agentis Kitchens and Bath to redo a small half bath in my 114 tear old home, and the process from start to finish was excellent and timely. Other professionals not only offered little as far as a solution for the non insulated portion of the project, but the team at S Agentis came up with a fabulous design solution as well, as this historic home was sans a sink in that half bath. Also they added a laundry area to the existing near bye back hall. I plan to use S. Agentis next year when I tackle a few design challenges in my charming but dated kitchen.
